    • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各種應(yīng)用服務(wù)的不斷普及,電子定稅作為由傳統(tǒng)手工到自動(dòng)化的重要手段,對(duì)于電子稅務(wù)信息化建設(shè)尤為重要。本文主要闡述了電子定稅的概念、技術(shù)要求和各種實(shí)現(xiàn)模型。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)在部分試點(diǎn)城市的系統(tǒng)模型進(jìn)行分析和比較,總結(jié)了各種模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一個(gè)基于J2EE體系架構(gòu)的BS模型的設(shè)計(jì)方案。并將該設(shè)計(jì)與現(xiàn)有的電子稅務(wù)資源管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整合,不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了電子定稅,而且也實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源的整合以及信息的統(tǒng)一管理。研究?jī)?nèi)容和主要工作包括以下方面1研究分析了現(xiàn)階段定稅工作的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,并將其歸納總結(jié)成電子定稅工作中,計(jì)算機(jī)所需要處理的主要事務(wù)邏輯,應(yīng)用到電子定稅系統(tǒng)中。2研究了現(xiàn)有部分試點(diǎn)城市的電子定稅管理系統(tǒng),并通過(guò)深入分析比較CS和BS兩種模型,總結(jié)了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),找出了現(xiàn)有模型所存在的問(wèn)題。3在充分理解現(xiàn)有定稅工作流程基礎(chǔ)之上,完成了電子定稅管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建模,以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。4研究了和J2EE兩套體系架構(gòu),而且從中選擇了更加合適的J2EE架構(gòu)作為設(shè)計(jì)電子定稅管理系統(tǒng)的主要框架結(jié)構(gòu)。5對(duì)基于J2EE架構(gòu)的STRUTS和HIBERNATE技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,并將其分別應(yīng)用到電子定稅系統(tǒng)的顯示層和數(shù)據(jù)持久層的設(shè)計(jì)上。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展在線金融服務(wù)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)本身缺乏有效的控制策略致使安全問(wèn)題頻發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚WEBPHISHING就是其中之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚又稱為網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿冒是指專門利用假冒網(wǎng)頁(yè)騙取用戶敏感信息如銀行帳號(hào)、信用卡好、密碼的攻擊方式。由于實(shí)施簡(jiǎn)便能獲得較大的非法利益且缺乏有效的防范方法網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊近年來(lái)愈演愈烈嚴(yán)重威脅著在線金融的安全。本文的研究將為網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防范提供思路。網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚的防范可分為服務(wù)器端防范、用戶端防范與第三方防范。本文主要研究第三方防范的體系及其核心算法。通過(guò)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚的攻擊方式結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的防范體系和研究成果本文提出了基于服務(wù)的綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚防范系統(tǒng)CAPSCOMPREHENSIVEANTIPHISHINGSYSTEM。CAPS基于WEB服務(wù)技術(shù)能對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊進(jìn)行全程監(jiān)控聯(lián)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚相關(guān)各方銀行、公安、用戶、郵件服務(wù)商等構(gòu)建高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚攻擊預(yù)警防范機(jī)制。本文提出并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于收縮和分割帶檢測(cè)的網(wǎng)頁(yè)圖像分割算法。與真實(shí)網(wǎng)頁(yè)相似是釣魚網(wǎng)頁(yè)的特點(diǎn)為了更加準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)間的相似性引入網(wǎng)頁(yè)分割算法。所提的分割算法根據(jù)網(wǎng)頁(yè)圖像由塊BLOCK組成的特點(diǎn)通過(guò)收縮除去塊四周的背景和檢測(cè)分割帶塊之間的背景區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)網(wǎng)頁(yè)圖像的分割。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證實(shí)了算法的有效性。本文提出了基于特征提取和嵌套運(yùn)土者距離NESTEDEARTHMOVERSDISTANCENEMD的相似網(wǎng)頁(yè)判別算法。該算法首先提取網(wǎng)頁(yè)中基本塊的相關(guān)屬性如顏色直方圖、大小等并根據(jù)各個(gè)塊的相對(duì)位置生成塊間關(guān)系結(jié)合塊的屬性與關(guān)系得到網(wǎng)頁(yè)特征關(guān)系圖ATTRIBUTEDRELATIONALGRAPHARG然后計(jì)算兩個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)ARG之間的NEMD距離并以此作為判斷網(wǎng)頁(yè)相似性的依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示該算法能有效的檢測(cè)出與被仿冒網(wǎng)頁(yè)相似的釣魚網(wǎng)頁(yè)準(zhǔn)確度高于同類算法。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:在復(fù)雜金融交易背景下,洗錢是一項(xiàng)重要的金融犯罪活動(dòng)。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,這種洗錢活動(dòng)也越來(lái)越趨于群組化。這些群組為了隱瞞其犯罪行為,會(huì)通過(guò)各種手段隱藏其存在,為此將它們稱為隱組。鏈接挖掘技術(shù)不同于以單獨(dú)的對(duì)象作為實(shí)例的傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),它更加注重對(duì)象之間的鏈接,在金融領(lǐng)域,這種鏈接即交易也構(gòu)成了金融數(shù)據(jù)的主體?;阪溄油诰蛩枷?,根據(jù)隱組的表現(xiàn)形式,采用隱馬爾可夫模型作為金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)的進(jìn)化模型。金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中節(jié)點(diǎn)的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)視為一馬爾可夫鏈,節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的交易是互相獨(dú)立的,且某時(shí)刻的交易圖僅與該時(shí)刻節(jié)點(diǎn)的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),所以節(jié)點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生的交易序列就是符合兩個(gè)概率的隱馬爾可夫過(guò)程,這樣就建立了金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱馬爾可夫模型。由于本文所研究的是隱組問(wèn)題,因此對(duì)不存在隱組的情況不進(jìn)行深入分析。僅在隱組存在的情況,一方面在確定節(jié)點(diǎn)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的情況下,通過(guò)模型產(chǎn)生金融交易序列作為算法的輸入來(lái)驗(yàn)證模型的正確性和有效性。另一方面根據(jù)模型產(chǎn)生的金融交易序列作為算法的輸入,研究能判定網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在隱組的概率與所觀察交易強(qiáng)度序列周期數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。在檢測(cè)隱組的過(guò)程中,遍歷解空間的規(guī)模隨著節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)的增加而成指數(shù)增長(zhǎng)。為此采用遺傳算法作為隱組的求解算法,并結(jié)合應(yīng)用背景,深入討論了運(yùn)用遺傳算法對(duì)其求解的過(guò)程,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)及結(jié)果分析,驗(yàn)證算法的有效性。設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了金融交易網(wǎng)絡(luò)中隱組檢測(cè)的原型系統(tǒng),給出了模型的整體框圖以及主要模塊的具體設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)流程,并分析了系統(tǒng)的性能。

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:山東大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步與網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)姓名邢宏建申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師臧旭恒20080516山東人學(xué)博十學(xué)位論文這些條件本文列示于表53。雖然學(xué)術(shù)界普遍承認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)存在多均衡現(xiàn)象,但是還未發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)者系統(tǒng)論述過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)存在穩(wěn)定共存均衡的條件,因而對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的論證是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一,也是進(jìn)一步研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性可以發(fā)現(xiàn),不同性質(zhì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)具有不同的影響,本文據(jù)此將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步劃分為“基本效用項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步“、“網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步”以及“兼容技術(shù)進(jìn)步“三種類型,這是對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)行分類研究的根本依據(jù)。為避免流于膚淺,本文用較大篇幅闡明了網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性,并輔以具體實(shí)例對(duì)這種分類方法加以佐證,力爭(zhēng)使論證過(guò)程更為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。從直接網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)和間接網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)的技術(shù)屬性出發(fā),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步分為三種類型也是本文的一個(gè)新嘗試。在對(duì)上述三類網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步進(jìn)行分類研究的過(guò)程中,為增強(qiáng)模型及其結(jié)論的適用性和解釋力,本文在模型構(gòu)建過(guò)程中對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)者的效用函數(shù)進(jìn)行了更為一般化的異質(zhì)性設(shè)定。消費(fèi)者被設(shè)定為具有“整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)異質(zhì)偏好“和“單個(gè)技術(shù)基本效用異質(zhì)偏好”;網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的兼容特性被設(shè)定為“非對(duì)稱兼容”。為適當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)化研究,本文假定網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的線性函數(shù),這也是一個(gè)被廣泛沿用的假定,并且應(yīng)用該假定所得到的一些研究結(jié)論也可以用于分析非線性網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)情況下的某些特定問(wèn)題。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)者和網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的最優(yōu)行為出發(fā),經(jīng)過(guò)模型推演可以得到網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的反應(yīng)函數(shù)。根據(jù)廠商反應(yīng)函數(shù)的特性,可以將參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為四種類型分別是“全面型強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)“、“自立型強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)’’、“外援型弱網(wǎng)絡(luò)“和“整體弱勢(shì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)“。根據(jù)模型推演和相關(guān)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步“和“基本效用項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步“具有相同的實(shí)現(xiàn)條件。某個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商推出某種以上兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步中的某一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步后,如果市場(chǎng)是“雙贏”的,則該網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步將得以實(shí)現(xiàn);如果市場(chǎng)是“單贏’’的,則該網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步在一定條件下將得以實(shí)現(xiàn),而在另外一些條件下將不能實(shí)現(xiàn)并被“鎖出“市場(chǎng);特殊條件下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商甚至?xí)嬖凇巴瞥鼍W(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的惰性’’。此外,這兩種類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步具有不同的福利影響。社會(huì)管理者有時(shí)比消費(fèi)者更傾向于采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步,有時(shí)則比消費(fèi)者更加反對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的發(fā)生。對(duì)“兼容技術(shù)進(jìn)步”所進(jìn)行的研究顯示,網(wǎng)絡(luò)廠商獲取“兼容技術(shù)進(jìn)步“存II

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:淮安供電公司隸屬江蘇省電力公司,為非法人企業(yè),其業(yè)務(wù)流程和管理模式具有一定的代表性,在運(yùn)作中所暴露出的問(wèn)題普遍存在于幾乎所有的供電企業(yè)。本文是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和國(guó)家電力體制改革這兩大背景下,以淮安供電公司為研究對(duì)象,以點(diǎn)帶面,探討B(tài)PR理論對(duì)供電企業(yè)改革的指導(dǎo)作用。本文本著提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的思路,首先對(duì)我國(guó)電力工業(yè)發(fā)電、輸電、配電、售電四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)垂直切分的改革方向進(jìn)行了分析介紹,并對(duì)這種改革造成的供電企業(yè)外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境所帶來(lái)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行了分析,指出了供電企業(yè)新戰(zhàn)略使命下業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的必要性。然后運(yùn)用了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的原理和方法,針對(duì)目前供電企業(yè)的變電檢修、工程項(xiàng)目管理和電力營(yíng)銷三大主要核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了分析研究,提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造和實(shí)施的方案。最后,指出了供電企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的目的所必須進(jìn)行的企業(yè)文化、薪酬制度和組織機(jī)構(gòu)方面的變革,以及IT投資應(yīng)用從而保障BPR的順利實(shí)施。
