5、dbiologicproductproductionBasedontheabovereviewadeepresearchonrefiningbioethanolandbiologicproductfromstalkofsweetsorghumwasconductedAtthesametime,technologicaldesighnofbiogasplantforpowergenerationwithdungandwastewaterf

6、romalargescalepigfarmanditstechnoeconomicalassessmentwerecarriedoutinordertoprovideascientificrefereneeoftllethedevelopmentofbiomasstechnologies(1)Nutrientcontentsofstalkanditsjuiceofthreevarietiesofsweetsorghumincluding

7、LiaotianNo1,ZaoshuNo1andChuntianNo2wereanalyzedandexperimentalresearchofstorageofcondensedstalkiuicewascarriedoutinordertoincreasoutilizationrateandextendstoragetimeofsweetsorghumforfuelethanelproductionResultsshowedthat

8、allthethreesweetsorghumvarietiescontainedplentifulsugarwhichcanprovideenoughcarbonsourceforalcoholfermentationHowevertotalnitrogenandsomemineralelements(Fezl。)callnotmeettheneedsofalcoholfermentationActivityofmostmicrobe

9、instalkjuicecanbeinhibitedandthesugarcanbemaintainedwhenthestalkiuicewascondensedto4“5timesDuetothereasonsthattheactivityofacetOUSmicrobeorhydrolysisenz37meinsidestalkjuicecanbemaintained,ratioofreducingsugartototalsugar

12、odundertheconditionsof22%02,76%C02,andat17dstorageperiodundertheconditionsof36%002,64%C02,respectivelyBesides,theactivityofneutralinvertase,acidinvertaseandpolyphenoloxidaseinMAPstoragepresentedanincreasingtendencywithdi

13、fferentdegreelossoftotalsugarcontentandobviousriseofreducingsugarcontentInaddition,weightlossofstalkswasi37%I5I%after30dstorageAmongthreeLowDensityPolyethyleneMembranes(LDPE)observedinexperiments,theonewiththepackageof00
