26、artyGovernmentleadingcadreswkofimptantlawsregulationswithin對小學低年小學低年級語級語文教學的建文教學的建議“第一屆全國小學語文漢語拼音與識字教學觀摩研討活動”于2011年9月21至9月23日在廣東省廣州市舉行。全國小語會理事長崔巒老師在會議上作了《對小學低年級語文教學改革的思考》的報告。崔巒老師分析了目前語文教學中存在的主要問題，特別指出“我們的課程教學改革必須從一年級抓起，眼
