1、摘要II碩 士 學(xué) 位 論 文云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析Economic Analysis on Construction of YunnanMountain Towns摘要云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)是加快西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略與橋頭堡建設(shè)實(shí)施的新形勢新要求，是落實(shí)“保護(hù)壩區(qū)農(nóng)田，建設(shè)山地城鎮(zhèn)”戰(zhàn)略部署，是破解耕地保護(hù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)用地需求這對(duì)矛盾、“嚴(yán)守耕地紅線”的偉大創(chuàng)舉，將會(huì)對(duì)云南經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展帶來巨大的影響。本文首先在相關(guān)學(xué)者對(duì)山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)研究和論述的

2、基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)并凝煉出山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的概念和基本內(nèi)涵，進(jìn)而在闡述云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用“推拉理論”分析了云南城鎮(zhèn)化的驅(qū)動(dòng)力，然后簡單分析了云南產(chǎn)城互動(dòng)的狀況，同時(shí)詳細(xì)地運(yùn)用“馬爾薩斯陷阱”理論對(duì)云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的內(nèi)核做了分析，通過案例說明云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的情況和主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并據(jù)此提出了推進(jìn)云南山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。本文主要得到以下結(jié)論：第一，從云南省的自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境以及社會(huì)環(huán)境出發(fā)，分析了云南山AbstractIV

7、ster of populationand interactive of city while analysis the core of construction of mountaintowns based on the theory of “Malthusian trap“; explain the situation and mainexperience through the case; and accordingly put

8、 forward corresponding suggestionsto promote the construction of Yunnan mountain towns. This paper mainly gets thefollowing conclusion:First, from the view of Yunnan's natural environment, economic environment and th

9、esocial environment, analysis the strategic environment and have an in-depthunderstanding about the real conditions of Yunnan mountain townsSecond, based on the theory of “Malthusian trap“, proving that Yunnan dam area i

10、slimited, the population is increasing and technological progress is slow, indicatingthat Yunnan has the objective conditions into “Malthusian trap“. In order to break the“Malthusian trap“, Yunnan is necessary to expand

11、living space, “Population tomountains, industry into ground“, so that it can use industry to support populationgrowth, thus achieving prosperity, and development.Third, by the case study of Yunnan mountain towns, we have
