5、導熱系數(shù)值都有明顯的影響。導熱系數(shù)作為衡量建筑材料保溫性能,表征料傳熱能力的重要指標一直為人們所重視,材料的導熱系數(shù)經(jīng)常需要由實驗具體測定,目前大多使用電位差計和電流計來人工測定計算導熱系數(shù),其缺點是自動化程度低、通用性差、調節(jié)過程復雜、測試結果容易受到人為因素的影響。隨著我國經(jīng)濟和科學技術的發(fā)展,新產(chǎn)品、新材料不斷涌現(xiàn),工業(yè)、農業(yè)、建筑、地質、等部門對新產(chǎn)品、新材料的導熱系數(shù)測量越來越多,精度要求也越來越高,面對科研、生產(chǎn)的高要求,用

6、微機和智能控制方法構成的一種新型的數(shù)字測控系統(tǒng)十分必要,智能導熱系數(shù)的測控系統(tǒng)提高了保溫材料特性測試的自動化和智能水平,同時提高了測量的效率和測試的精度,減輕了人員的勞動強度。本次設計的任務是智能導熱系數(shù)測試儀測控系統(tǒng)的設計。本測控系統(tǒng)主要功能是通過加熱模塊對被測保溫(絕熱)材料的兩側進行加溫。當兩側溫度達到穩(wěn)定時,形成穩(wěn)定的溫差。該溫差形成一個穩(wěn)定的熱流通過被測材料。根據(jù)此溫差和材料的幾何尺寸等參數(shù)和計算公式就可計算得出該材料的導熱系

12、nel's labor strength.The task of this design is to design and finish a measure system which contains a intelligent machine measuring the coefficient of transmitting heat.It mainly designs to collect the temperat

13、ure of the material which is to be measured with thermo-element on the condition that the temperature controlling module makes the measuring condition reaching a stably level .And then amplifier, convert it from analog t

14、o digital, deliver it and the conduct in the whole controlling module, then convert the processed signal from digital to analog signal, control the heating efficiency. Then it designs the communication between the upper

15、and below computer and the communicating bus among each module, and so on. Finally we finish the task which contains the measure of the coefficient of transmitting heat which the material have, and the manifestation of t

16、he data result with CRT. And what’s more, the measure result could be printed out from the printer at any time.By the designing of the each module above, we complete the measuring function of the machine which measures t

17、he coefficient of transmitting heat, and obtain quite a good result which we look forward to. The design result proves that the measuring system with high intelligence and automation level improves the intelligence and a
