4、imizeinterestsofitselftheactswouldcommitmerationalstrategies.Thisstudyconsistedthatifthereissomeimperfectionliesinthedoctalstudentseducatingsystemtheywerelikelytocommitopptunisticpracticetopursetheirmaximizeprofits.While

5、theinstitutecannotamendthesepracticestheactswillbeimpellingtotheoppositesidethedilemmaofcollectiveactionswillbeemerging.Thatcomestotheendofdoctalqualityreduction.Thusinstituteisthekeyfactthatwillinfluencedoctalquality.Th
