3、ftheirsuccessfulcareersitisamotivefceintheirprofessionaldevelopment.Attachingmuchimptancetothisissuewillhelptoimprovethequalityoftheteachers’lifebenefitthedevelopmentofeducationtheprogressofthesociety.Havingtakenabrieflo
4、okattherelevantconceptswefindthatthesenseofwellbeingfromperspectivesofthesocialeconomyculturalbackgroundtheconceptofvalueisathoughgoingpositiveassessmentoftheexistenceofself(physicalconditionpsychologicalfunctionsocialab
5、ilitiespersonalintegratedstate)isakindofpsychologicalfunctionalstatewhichisfmedbytheinteractionoftheinterifactspsychologicalelements(motivationgoalscognitionemotionpersonality)theexterifactsisastateofsustainedhappyexperi
6、ence.Whoseneedsshouldbemetwhosepotentialshouldbeexploitedwhoseinfluenceonsocietyshouldbeacknowledged.Herewecandrawaconclusionthattheteachers’professionalwellbeingisastateofsustainedhappyexperiencewhichwouldbegotwhenthete
7、achers’needswillbemetwhentheteachercouldrealizehisprofessionalambitionswhentheteachercouldexploithispotentialwhentheteachers’influenceonsocietycouldbeacknowledged.Inawdtheteachers’professionalwellbeingiscomposedofmultisy
8、stem.itisrealizedbytheteachers’happyexperiencethestateoflifehispersonalityhissocialbehavissoon.Withthehelpofthethoughinvestigationcarefulanalysisofalargenumberofmaterialswefindthatthestatusquoisnotoptimistic.1.Althoughth
9、edegreeoftheteachers’wkingsatisfactionhasbeenmuchimprovedtheseyearsitsdegreeintheseaspectsfinstancethemanagementofleadershipthechanceofpromotionthewkingsituationhasbeenlowtillnow.2.Theoverheavywkingpressuremayleadtomanyp
10、roblems.3.Thattheteachershaven’tpaidenoughattentiontotheirhealthleadstosubstatehealth.4.Theirenthusiasmtotheirwkarediminishingtheirsenseofaccomplishmentisdespondent.5.Theteacherslackproperselfevaluation.6.Asaresultofinte
11、nsifyingcompetitiontheinterpersonalrelationshipoftheteachersisbecominglittleharmonioussomehow.someteachers’professionalmalityisonthewayofcruption.Afterthecarefulinvestigationwefindhowtheteacherscouldgainthesenseofwellbei
12、ng.Firstlytheymusthaveaharmoniousrelationshipamongthefaculty.Secondlytheyshouldoftenexperiencethepleasureoftheirownsuccessesoftheirstudents’.Thirdlytheyshouldhavethesupptoftheirleadersstudents’parents.Fourthlytheirjobsho
