3、 expression in blood cells and kiney spleen, differential proteomics in liver as indicators of exposure to cadmium chloride with the toxic effects in marine fish Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were evaluated.
4、 The erythrocyte MN frequency of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris was sensitive to the pollution of Cd2+. The fish of three concentration groups were moved into clean seawater when they had been e
5、xposured for 10 days, and another maximum of the MN frequency would appear 15 days later. Maybe it is immunlogical memory responses bring out the maximum of MN frequency during the recovery
6、period. The measuring results shows that the markers of xanthine oxidase (XOD) superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione peroxidases (GSH- Px) and glutathione S- transferases (GST) in liver in marine fish Boleo
7、phthalmus pectinirostris can denote the cadmium pollution sensitively in seawater. But the indictors of malondialhehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT) were not suitable to be used as response factors to monitored
8、 the marine environment pollution of Cd2+, for that the contents of MDA related with the physiological process of producing and elimination of free radicals. The effects of cadmium ions on the
9、 expression of isozymes in blood cells and spleen of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris were examined using polyarylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that particular expression patterns of these is
10、ozymes were present following acute toxicosis at the three concentration levels in terms of control. Proteome analysis by two- dimesional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was applied to screen t
11、he alteration of proteins in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris of control group and 5 mg/L Cd2+ group. Through the comparison and analysis, it was found that 61 proteins can be found i
12、n both patterns, but the quantity was diverse, 37 proteins appears only in the electrophoresis pattern of control group of the fish and 41 new proteins was found in the group of 5 mg/L Cd2+. It is f
13、easible to build up protein markers databank correlating with marine environment contaminations. And how to integrate the markers of erythrocyte micronuclei , enzymes activity, isozymes exprssion an
