反思性教學(xué)在大學(xué)體育羽毛球選修課中的實驗研究.pdf

1、摘要20世紀(jì)80年代，在西方教育改革過程中，為更好地適應(yīng)教育“職業(yè)化’’發(fā)展的要求，反思性教學(xué)R漸興起，并逐漸成為影響當(dāng)今世界各國教育改革的強(qiáng)勁思潮。自20世紀(jì)90年代以來，受西方這種教育思潮的影響，我國教育工作者開始對反思性教學(xué)理論展開了探討和研究。但目前，國內(nèi)對反思性教學(xué)的研究相對來說比較薄弱，雖然關(guān)于反思性教學(xué)的介紹性文獻(xiàn)已有發(fā)表，但對反思性教學(xué)應(yīng)用于教學(xué)實踐中的研究還相對較少，特別是在體育教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用就更是微乎其微了。本文運(yùn)用文

2、獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法、專家訪談法等，以北京石油化工學(xué)院羽毛球選修課教學(xué)為例，將反思性教學(xué)和常規(guī)教學(xué)進(jìn)行了對比實驗，通過教學(xué)實驗獲得了對照組和實驗組的大量數(shù)據(jù)，并對這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析處理，得出了以下結(jié)論：1反思性教學(xué)在羽毛球選修課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用，能較大幅度地提高學(xué)生的基本技術(shù)水平，從而使學(xué)生的運(yùn)動能力得到了發(fā)展。2。反思性教學(xué)在羽毛球選修課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用，能有效地提高學(xué)生的理論知識水平。在課前反思和課后反思中，能夠刻苦專研教材及相

3、關(guān)的學(xué)習(xí)資料，真正地做到了理論對實踐的指導(dǎo)。3反思性教學(xué)在羽毛球選修課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用，比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)更有利于提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力。學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中表現(xiàn)出更高的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，善于在學(xué)習(xí)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，并能靈活運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識解決問題，使學(xué)生獲得充分的個體發(fā)展。這不僅能滿足學(xué)生自身發(fā)展的需要，也符合我國實施素質(zhì)教育的理念。4反思性教學(xué)有效地利用課前反思、課中反思、課后反思等因素。師生在反思中學(xué)習(xí)，在學(xué)習(xí)中反思，既提高了師生的反思意識和技巧，又增加師生之間的
