3、ltimately bring positive outcomes for the employees, consumers, communities, and shareholders.Using referenced literature resources, the goal of the Master's study is to understand the fundamental relationships between s

4、trategic management styles, along with the efficient hierarchal leadership that needs to accompany it to properly implement and obtain creative ideas, corporate growth, and organizational success overall.Instead of takin

5、g a quantitative approach, a qualitative paradigm approach was used to understand how organizations properly manage their practice's expectations, goals, and end results.The author of this study followed the leadership s

6、tyles of Kurt Lewin, a psychologist who devoted his career to understanding the effectiveness of three different leadership styles:Autocratic, Democratic, and Laissez-Faire.The thesis was obtained via literature reviews.

7、The conclusions of this study proved that corporate seniors have significant needs for alterations in regards to the "how" of integrating technological advances, diversity requirements, and effective management together.

8、Gary Yukl writes in his work "Leadership in Organizations" (2010) that leadership as a standalone word can be dissected into many more technical terms.Each one of these terms however have their own sets of interpretation

10、hip" is not one size fits all; instead, it's important for an organization to find the one that knits well with their own policies, employees, and consumer styles.(Yukl 32-40).In this study, the most important keyword fo

11、r the audience to realize is strategic.To explain why, let's take a look what the referenced researcher defines as leadership.Leadership is the process of guiding individuals within a group or organization to not only fu

12、lfill their personal goals, but to also ultimately help fulfill the organization's goals as well.How the leader does this is the management process itself.The integration between both the leadership and management is an

13、art that many companies fail to succeed at.A real life example one could look at is Google Inc.According to an article published by Bloomberg LP, Google has one of the lowest corporate employee retention rates in the Uni

14、ted States.While one might ask why, one might see that their management style is skewed.The company is lacking the strategy as so defined within strategic management.The process of strategic management is for the ability

15、 to continuously assess the effectiveness of the currently leadership.What Google has apparently failed to do is properly identify the issue in a timely manner to retain that well valued employee talent (Hodges 42-52).St
