1、萊索托，與其它大多數(shù)非洲國(guó)家一樣，仍然有很高比例的人口生活在貧困中，糧食安全是個(gè)國(guó)家性的問(wèn)題。改善眾多貧困農(nóng)村家庭的糧食安全和社會(huì)福利是萊索托政府的首要任務(wù)。盡管農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼如此普遍但研究農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼影響的文獻(xiàn)卻很少，尤其是對(duì)糧食安全的影響。本研究第一部分試圖通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查和模型檢驗(yàn)尋找農(nóng)戶獲得政府投入補(bǔ)貼的影響因素。第二部分分析了補(bǔ)貼投入的使用，并衡量政府投入補(bǔ)貼計(jì)劃對(duì)糧食生產(chǎn)和糧食安全的影響。綜合計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法被采用來(lái)分析從事玉米種植農(nóng)戶的樣
