1、楊洲洲不同時間游泳運動對大鼠睪酮合成的影響及機制研究中文摘要實驗?zāi)康模罕狙芯客ㄟ^對雄性大鼠進行不同時間的有氧運動實驗干預(yù)，觀察分析機體內(nèi)重要睪酮合成酶和雄性激素變化情況，進而探究不同時間有氧運動對睪酮合成機制的影響。為嘗試解釋和減少運動員運動性低血睪酮現(xiàn)象，消除運動疲勞，提高運動員運動能力提供一定理論支持。實驗方法：將37只健康的雄性SpragueDawley(SD)大鼠隨機分為3組，實驗結(jié)束后各組還剩：正常對照組(C，n=8)、普通運

2、動組(CE，n=lO)、長時間運動組(LE，n=lO)，各組統(tǒng)一普通飼料喂養(yǎng)。運動方案為適應(yīng)性游泳1周，C組無訓(xùn)練，CE組60min，LE組120min無負(fù)重游泳運動，每周6天，休息一天。實驗結(jié)束后采用ELISA法測定組織睪酮(T)、313一HSD、P450c17、17B—HSD；ELISA法測定血清中睪酮(T)、瘦素(LEP)、FSH、LH含量；用RTPCR檢測大鼠睪丸組織中313_HSD、P450c17和17B’HSD的表達量：胍染

3、色觀察睪丸組織形態(tài)學(xué)的變化。實驗結(jié)果：1睪酮合成關(guān)鍵酶313HSD在睪丸組織中的含量與CE組、LE組與C組相比均呈現(xiàn)顯著降低(P005)，LE組則差異極為顯著(P005)，LE組則有顯著性差異(PO05)。3血清中瘦素(LEP)、LH、FSH與對照組相比均有顯著性變化，瘦素(LEP)呈現(xiàn)顯著升高趨勢(P005)，而LH、FSH則有顯著下降現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)(P005)。運動前各組大鼠體重?zé)o顯著性差異，經(jīng)10周運動后兩，運動組大鼠體重與對照組相比均
