4、 among enterprises is not only in technology but also in enterprise culture. There are many problems in our enterprise culture construction,such as insufficient awareness,artificial isolation,difficult mergi
5、ng,lacking human assessment system,being short of necessary system for stimulating staff initiative and knowledge sharing.In order to perfect our domestic enterprise culture construction,I began to
6、 study this subject.Firstly,I studied enterprise culture.Secondly,I analyzed American and Japanese enterprise culture and find their difference.Finally,referring to their advanced experence and linking
