2、cessfulidiopathicmacularhole(IMH)surgeryevaluatetheeficiencyofvitreotomyandanalyzetherelationshipsofthose.Methods:18eyesof18patientswithsuccessfulvitreotomyforIMHwerecollected.TheywereexaminedbyVAmfERGOCTpreoperativelyan

3、dI、3612monthspostoperatively.Theresultswereanalyzedcomparedto25eyesofcontrolgroup.Result:(1)Postoperatively17eyes(94.44%)hadanatomicclosureofthemacularholeconfirmedbyOCTin1monthandnorecurrencein12months.Just1eye(5.56%)fa

4、iledinclosure.(2)VAofIMHeyesimprovedsignificantlypostoperativelyespeciallyduring6monthsthanpreoperatively(P0.01).(3)BeforeoperationthemfERGtopographiesofIMHeyesseemlikevolcanoesbecausetheresponsedensitiesofwavePofring1an

5、dring2werelowerthancontrolgroupwhiletheotherthreeringskeptinnormal.AftersurgeoncenterpeaksofmfERGtopographiesreappearedlitlebylitleduringIyeartheresponsedensitiesofwavePofring1andring2werehigherthanbefore(P0.05)butstilll

6、owerthancontrolgroup(P0.05).(4)Thethicknessoffovearetinanerveepitheliumlayer(FRNEL)measured勿OCTof17eyeswithanatomicclosurewasnolongervariedandkeptlowerthancontrolgroupthroughoutthefollowuptime(P0.01).(5)Oneyearpostoperat
