4、uabletostudyhowtomakethespraydryersaveenergyconsumption,enhancevolumetricevaporationintensitydecreaseitsenvironmentalpollutionandrunningcost,improveitsproduetivitythroughautomaticcontrollingsystemandcutdowntheinvestmento
5、nequipmentInthisdissertation,theauthorsummedupthemuti—techniqueinfluiddynamics,heatandmasstransferringmechanicaldesigningandcomputationaltechniqueandstudiedtheconventionalpressurespraydryerswithdifierentairdispersestruct
6、ureandoutletequipmentatlastputforwardthethemeie,thestudyoncombinedspin—flowpressurespraydryingtechnologythemaincontentswereasfollows:(1)Theeomblnedspinflowpressurenozzlewasdesignedwhosenovelstructurehasnoreportatpresem,a

8、ssurespraydryingwassetupandtheessentialparameterssuchassprayingpressure,liquidquantitytemperature,sprayingangle,injectdistance,particlediameteranddistribution,hollowdiameterforseveralmaterialsinnormalconditionsbyexperime
9、ntandLDVThekeyitemsinfluentonthecharacteristicsofsprayinghavebeenalsostudiedinthedissertation,weCaBgetagoodsprayingresultbyadjustingtherelatedparametersefficiently(3)Thetheoreticalmodelofthedynamicalparameterssuchastempe
10、rature,moisture,pressureandcontourforhotmediumandparticleinsidethedryingchamberwereobtainedbyK一£model,utilizedtheComputationalFluidDynamicstechniquetosolvetheproblembetweensprayingdropletsmediumbyarrangingthedoublegriddi
11、spersingstructureandrotaryoutletstructureandthedevelopedstructureimprovedthedryingefficiencyandproductquality(4)Thedropletsdiameterofthecombinedspinflowpressurespraydryingarebetween30urnand150urnandtherangesofthedroplets
12、areaalTOWTheaveragediameterofthedropletsisbetween50u/nand100Ⅲandthesprayinganglecanbeadjustedfrom30。to1800Thedehydrationtimeissquareofthedropletsdiametersothesmalldiametersofthedropletscancutdownthedryingtimethenreduceth
13、eheightofthedryingchamberTothecombinedspinflowpressurespraydrying,thediametersofdropletsaresmallandthedehydrationrateishighersokeepingthequalitiesofthedriedproductswecanincreasethespeedoftheinletwindandreducethetemperatu
