12、t;<p><b>　　。</b></p><p>　　本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法，對(duì)武漢地區(qū)普通高校大學(xué)生“休閑體育”的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究，旨在弄清大</p><p>　　學(xué)生參與“休閑體育”的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，洞悉影響大學(xué)生參與“休閑體育”的深層原因，并提出有針對(duì)性的建議，為高校相關(guān)部門(mén)的決策提供一定的依據(jù)和</p>

13、;<p>　　參考。本文所提的大學(xué)生“休閑體育”主要是大學(xué)生在學(xué)校中參與的以校園為空間，以課外活動(dòng)為內(nèi)容的一種體育活動(dòng)。</p><p>　　研究結(jié)果表明：武漢地區(qū)普通高校大學(xué)生對(duì)全民健身的整體認(rèn)知水平較低，體育人口比例小，大學(xué)生參與“休閑體育”的人數(shù)不多；大學(xué)生參與</p><p>　　“休閑體育”的內(nèi)容單調(diào)，體育消費(fèi)水平還比較低；大學(xué)生參與“休閑體育”的場(chǎng)地設(shè)施不足；大學(xué)

14、生參與“休閑體育”需要多方面的指導(dǎo)和宣傳；普</p><p>　　通高校大學(xué)生渴望學(xué)校提供多方面的體育服務(wù)。</p><p>　　針對(duì)大學(xué)生在參與“休閑體育”中存在的問(wèn)題，本文提出了如下建議：政府和學(xué)校有關(guān)體育主管部門(mén)要加大全民健身的宣傳力度，營(yíng)造良好的校園</p><p>　　體育氛圍，進(jìn)一步提高普通高校大學(xué)生的體育鍛煉的意識(shí)，使大學(xué)生擁有正確的體育價(jià)值觀，培養(yǎng)大

15、學(xué)生養(yǎng)成終身體育鍛煉的習(xí)慣：學(xué)校有關(guān)部門(mén)要加</p><p>　　大對(duì)大學(xué)生“休閑體育”的宣傳力度，利用學(xué)校廣播臺(tái)、電臺(tái)、黑板報(bào)、專(zhuān)欄等各種傳播媒體進(jìn)行宣傳，增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生對(duì)“休閑體育”的關(guān)注度，使“休</p><p>　　閑體育”步入一個(gè)良好的校園輿論環(huán)境；教育部門(mén)必須對(duì)高校的體育經(jīng)費(fèi)增加財(cái)政撥款并形成制度，每年必須按一定的比例增長(zhǎng)，政府部門(mén)還必須依靠</p><p>
