5、pingcountriesonthecooperativeprojectsofreducinggreenhousegasemissionsthusthedevelopedcountriescouldincreasetheequivalentemissionslocally.Themovewasconsideredasofwinwinsignificance.Ontheonehitimprovestheenvironmentalquali
