3、development, the smooth realization of modernization in rural areas, as well as the development of the national economy. There is a large number of surplus labors remaining in rural areas, and the speed of farmer’s incom

4、e growth is very slowly. To improve the income of the farmers, we can only increase their employment, and transfer rural surplus labors to non-agricultural industries and urban areas, which is the inevitable trend of dev

5、elopment of China's industrialization and urbanization. This paper focuses on the relationship between the income of the farmers and the transfer of rural surplus labor force, using the theoretical analysis and empi

6、rical research methods for an in-depth study, makes the conclusion that the transfer of rural surplus labor not only increase the non-agricultural income of farmers, but also agricultural income. Due to China's low p
