2、 1摘 要ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning——企業(yè)資源計劃）是一種基于“供應(yīng)鏈”的管理思想，同時也是一種融合了企業(yè)最佳實踐和先進信息技術(shù)的新型管理工具。我國制造業(yè)正處于一個由以加工制造業(yè)為主逐步向裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的發(fā)展過程中。對企業(yè)來說，有效地配制各項資源，以加快對市場的響應(yīng)，降低成本，提高效率和效益，提升企業(yè)的競爭力都是迫切的需求。實施ERP后就可以通過系統(tǒng)的計劃和
