簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)級(jí)多場(chǎng)耦合分布仿真研究姓名曹源申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)車輛工程指導(dǎo)教師金先龍20050401卜海交通大學(xué)膊上學(xué)位|侖文摘要穩(wěn)定性。在仿真服務(wù)管理和應(yīng)用之間做出了負(fù)載平衡,避免了通常單一客戶因負(fù)載過重而帶來的效率降低、不穩(wěn)定等問題。本研究嘗試應(yīng)用一種新的面向?qū)ο蟮姆抡婀ぞ進(jìn)ODLICA語(yǔ)言。充分利用它的面向?qū)ο蠊δ?,并結(jié)合參數(shù)化、模塊化和圖形化等新型仿真系統(tǒng)的要求,開發(fā)并建立了一個(gè)開放的可擴(kuò)展的航空渦扇發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部件仿真模型庫(kù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了由航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各部件零維數(shù)字仿真模型組成的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)模型。我們的目的是建立一個(gè)系統(tǒng)級(jí)的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部件模型架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。即一個(gè)適用對(duì)各類設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行快速評(píng)價(jià),以及在制造、維護(hù)等階段對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和檢測(cè)的,包含主要部件基本物理模型的仿真模型庫(kù)。以該模型庫(kù)為基礎(chǔ)建立的系統(tǒng)級(jí)模型可以作為航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)分布仿真系統(tǒng)中的用戶即系統(tǒng)級(jí)架構(gòu)層,以控制各分布式服務(wù)或模型的仿真。大型科學(xué)與工程項(xiàng)日的組織與實(shí)施都面臨著人員眾多、異構(gòu)計(jì)算資源、多信息系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)作與交互問題。為了有效地應(yīng)用并管理航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)分布仿真中眾多的異構(gòu)資源,消除信息孤島,我們引入了網(wǎng)格計(jì)算GRIDCOMPUTING概念和網(wǎng)格計(jì)算服務(wù)GRIDSERVICE技術(shù)。采用網(wǎng)格計(jì)算服務(wù)和組件技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了本文設(shè)計(jì)的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)分布仿真系統(tǒng)。按照網(wǎng)格計(jì)算服務(wù)的要求對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)子系統(tǒng)仿真進(jìn)行封裝,在基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)上提供統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的仿真服務(wù)接口。在網(wǎng)格環(huán)境下,能夠充分利用已有建模仿真技術(shù)和商業(yè)化軟件,建立一個(gè)松散的分布仿真系統(tǒng)。這改變了傳統(tǒng)分布仿真技術(shù)需要通過大規(guī)模改造原有成果,才能建立一個(gè)剛性化的分布系統(tǒng)的弊端。該系統(tǒng)賦予航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各相關(guān)領(lǐng)域設(shè)計(jì)人員巨大的主動(dòng)權(quán)和自治權(quán)。本文建立的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)多場(chǎng)耦合分布仿真系統(tǒng),可使異地的、分布的建模仿真人員方便、快捷、友好地采用各自領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)分析工具,對(duì)構(gòu)成航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模與仿真;在不同技術(shù)角度和層次上進(jìn)行功能、性能的單點(diǎn)分析,并支持它們參與整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)合仿真。本系統(tǒng)的特長(zhǎng)在于使用適當(dāng)?shù)暮涂捎玫膸讉€(gè)資源共同協(xié)作仿真。因?yàn)槊恳粋€(gè)工作不必運(yùn)行在同一個(gè)資源上,因此如果某個(gè)特定仿真任務(wù)要求特別的資源如超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)或特定軟件是可以承受的,而其它仿真過程則可以運(yùn)行在一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的和相對(duì)便宜的資源上。工作任務(wù)可以運(yùn)行在任何資源上,這樣增加了系統(tǒng)的可用性和可靠性。航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)多場(chǎng)耦合分布式仿真可以較真實(shí)地反映發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程及其部件狀況,大量減少試驗(yàn)次數(shù),縮短研制時(shí)間,節(jié)省研究經(jīng)費(fèi)。它可以應(yīng)用于對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各種設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)測(cè)和測(cè)試,直至最后定案。關(guān)鍵詞航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),分布仿真,多場(chǎng),層次結(jié)構(gòu),模塊化,模型庫(kù),網(wǎng)格計(jì)算
