簡(jiǎn)介:娜介次掌碩士學(xué)位論文寥論文題目航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)匣包容性的試驗(yàn)研究與負(fù)真讓算作者姓名指導(dǎo)教師學(xué)科專業(yè)所在學(xué)院提交日期浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本文主要研究航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)匣對(duì)斷裂葉片的包容性問題。在年實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,本文又對(duì)四組不同尺寸單平板葉片和機(jī)匣的高速撞擊模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到四組實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。在四組實(shí)驗(yàn)中,葉片均被機(jī)匣成功包容。葉片在機(jī)匣上撞擊出不同數(shù)目、深淺的凹坑。對(duì)于較高轉(zhuǎn)速下飛斷的長(zhǎng)葉片,機(jī)匣上形成的第二個(gè)凹坑最深,葉片也卷曲厲害而對(duì)于低速下飛斷或者較短葉片,則一般會(huì)發(fā)生三次撞擊,其中第一個(gè)凹坑最深,而葉片則沒有很大的變形。葉片變形對(duì)撞擊過程中機(jī)匣的受力情況影響很大。結(jié)合年和年的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究數(shù)據(jù),選取其中的四組,利用軟件建立計(jì)算模型,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行仿真模擬。計(jì)算結(jié)果和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有較好的吻合,真實(shí)再現(xiàn)了葉片撞擊機(jī)匣的過程,成功的預(yù)測(cè)了機(jī)匣的包容能力,驗(yàn)證了可使用仿真計(jì)算進(jìn)行包容能力校核或設(shè)計(jì)新型包容結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)塑性動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng)分析和葉片變形過程分析,指出葉片卷曲的形狀對(duì)凹坑的分布起到?jīng)Q定性作用,并對(duì)影響葉片卷曲形狀的飛斷轉(zhuǎn)速、抗彎剛度等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了考察。根據(jù)撞擊過程中能量的分配與吸收,將撞擊過程分解為幾個(gè)階段,進(jìn)一步弄清了葉片高速撞擊機(jī)匣的機(jī)理。本文建立的計(jì)算模型適用于不同材料、不同轉(zhuǎn)速、不同結(jié)構(gòu)的包容性問題,為進(jìn)行機(jī)匣包容性研究提供了新方法,降低了實(shí)驗(yàn)費(fèi)用和研發(fā)周期,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)匣結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)研究有一定的實(shí)際意義。關(guān)鍵詞航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)包容性葉片塑性動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)值仿真
