簡介:中國圖書分類號TU8343國際圖書分類號6288工學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文載人航天器通風(fēng)氣流模擬及輕量化分析博士研究生梁珍導(dǎo)師陸亞俊教授申請學(xué)位工學(xué)博士學(xué)科、專業(yè)供熱、供燃氣、通風(fēng)及空調(diào)工程所在單位市政環(huán)境工程學(xué)院答辯日期2007年7月授予學(xué)位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)摘要I摘要載人航天器艙內(nèi)的流動換熱及通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的研究對于航天器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)非常重要,而目前載人航天器艙內(nèi)的氣流分布設(shè)計還存在著隨意性,需要進行系統(tǒng)研究。本文以航天器工作座艙為研究對象,首先嘗試引入數(shù)值模擬驗證和檢驗的方法,分析不同湍流模型在微重力環(huán)境下座艙內(nèi)對流換熱的模擬結(jié)果,為選擇合適的湍流模型提供參考。然后對大型航天器座艙較多采用的側(cè)送風(fēng)方式進行了優(yōu)化分析,并對座艙內(nèi)可能采用的其他送風(fēng)方式進行了模擬,分析它們各自的特點和在航天器座艙內(nèi)的適用性。接著對通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)進行了輕量化分析。最后,對模擬中出現(xiàn)的氣流分布不對稱現(xiàn)象進行了原因和顯著性參數(shù)的分析。首先,論文分析了艙內(nèi)對流換熱的微重力特點,建立包括紊流模型、輔助模型等在內(nèi)的概念模型,確定數(shù)值方法。針對微重力環(huán)境下的艙內(nèi)氣流模擬中模型選擇的不成熟和載人航天器通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)對可靠性的特殊要求,嘗試引入驗證和檢驗的方法分析不同模型在微重力下對流換熱的模擬效果,為選擇合適的湍流模型提供參考。由于微重力條件下的艙內(nèi)對流換熱的實驗數(shù)據(jù)不可得,采用熱縮比技術(shù)將常重力下地面模型的實驗結(jié)果轉(zhuǎn)換成微重力下原形的相應(yīng)參數(shù),并用其對模擬結(jié)果進行檢驗。在分析載人航天器座艙溫濕度、風(fēng)速和CO2濃度要求的基礎(chǔ)上,論文分析了座艙熱濕負荷及CO2負荷。為評價各種氣流分布方案的優(yōu)劣,確定了航天器座艙氣流分布的評價指標。針對目前大型載人航天器座艙多采用的側(cè)送風(fēng)的氣流分布形式,采用正交試驗理論和方差分析方法分析了氣流形式、風(fēng)口滿布率、送風(fēng)角度和送風(fēng)量對通風(fēng)氣流分布各項性能指標的影響,尋求顯著性因子和最適因子水平。經(jīng)過綜合分析,認為雙側(cè)風(fēng)口交錯布置的側(cè)上送側(cè)下回、滿布率50以及15出風(fēng)角度組合的側(cè)送方案效果較好。然后,論文分析了單側(cè)送風(fēng)和在地面常重力下應(yīng)用成熟的散流器送風(fēng)、單風(fēng)口集中送風(fēng)的氣流分布性能以及在載人航天器艙內(nèi)的適用性。鑒于座艙空氣流動緩慢造成的沉悶的感覺,提出了在座艙較固定的工作位增加工位送風(fēng),比較了有無工位送風(fēng)時乘員附近的空氣品質(zhì),認為工位送風(fēng)可以在降低總風(fēng)量的情況下保證乘員工位區(qū)較好的空氣品質(zhì),符合輕量化原則。在分析載人航天器通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量主要影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,以風(fēng)管質(zhì)量與功耗當(dāng)量質(zhì)量之和為目標函數(shù),以風(fēng)速和空間限制下的管道尺寸為優(yōu)化變
