簡介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于MODELICA和DYMOLA的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)建模與仿真姓名任志彬申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)航空宇航推進(jìn)理論與工程指導(dǎo)教師孟光20060201上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文2航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)的部件級建模是系統(tǒng)級建模的基礎(chǔ),建模的精度取決于部件特性的準(zhǔn)確性和模型簡化程度。本文重點介紹了航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)主要部件及子系統(tǒng)的工作原理,綜合采用了特性方程法和基于級的建模法建立壓氣機(jī)和渦輪的模型,從微觀的壓氣機(jī)級和渦輪級的特性方程來研究壓氣機(jī)系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng),因此利用所建立的級的數(shù)學(xué)模型并結(jié)合MODELICA語言和DYMOLA編譯器,能夠組裝成復(fù)雜的壓氣機(jī)系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng)模型并能實現(xiàn)仿真;基于管流理論建立噴管和進(jìn)氣道的模型,對收-擴(kuò)噴管喉部面積隨飛行馬赫數(shù)的變化關(guān)系、可變幾何噴管主次流面積隨主流馬赫數(shù)的變化關(guān)系以及固定幾何內(nèi)壓式進(jìn)氣道特性進(jìn)行了仿真。在部件級建模的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)而與其他部件和子系統(tǒng)連接組成航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)系統(tǒng)級模型,對單軸燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器的抽吸特性和雙軸渦扇發(fā)動機(jī)的起動過程進(jìn)行了仿真,其中以雙軸渦扇發(fā)動機(jī)為例詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)級建模和仿真的過程。部件和系統(tǒng)級仿真實驗的結(jié)果表明,本文所開發(fā)的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)模型庫作為一種特性分析工具,可應(yīng)用于航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)的概念設(shè)計和初步設(shè)計,具有一定的實用價值。MODELICA和DYMOLA的強(qiáng)大功能為本文的建模與仿真工作提供了有力的支持,同時本文的工作又是對DYMOLA軟件在新領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的有益嘗試,本文建立的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動機(jī)模型庫將成為MODELICA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型庫的一個拓展。

簡介:西北工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空發(fā)動機(jī)熱端部件模擬環(huán)境下3DC/SIC的微結(jié)構(gòu)演變與失效機(jī)制姓名李建章申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)材料學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師張立同李斗星20061101兩北T業(yè)人學(xué)T學(xué)博L學(xué)位論文組元本征氧化性質(zhì)差異與應(yīng)力/熱物理化學(xué)介質(zhì)在微觀尺度交互作用的結(jié)果,對3DC/SIC復(fù)雜耦合環(huán)境的行為有重要影響。2TEM觀察到7000C下3DC/SIC中的基體和純水反應(yīng)生成SI02非晶膜,形膜溫度低予以往研究中所確定的溫度,從而對含水氣氛下3DC,SIC環(huán)境行為與溫度變化之間的關(guān)系有了新的理解。3提出界面區(qū)的概念,完善了對CFCC界面結(jié)構(gòu)和作用的認(rèn)識,系統(tǒng)研究了C/SIC內(nèi)界面區(qū)與裂紋的相互作用機(jī)理及其影響因素,建立起裂紋偏斜和界面脫粘的物理模型,從而推進(jìn)了對C/SIC增韌機(jī)制和力學(xué)行為的理解。4.從微結(jié)構(gòu)演變.性能演變之|’日J(rèn)關(guān)系的角度,通過對不同分壓純氧氣氛、純水氣氛和純?nèi)酆?、不同分壓比含氧耦合氣氛?DC/SIC環(huán)境行為的比較研究,建立起3DC,SIC在含氧氣氛中的失效綜合示意圖,同時確定出1氧化溫度區(qū)間及純氧氣氛下各區(qū)間的動力學(xué)控制要素。2微結(jié)構(gòu)控制性單元和要素?涂層、熱歷史與含碳組元。3熱物理化學(xué)環(huán)境主導(dǎo)因素?氧和鹽NA2S04以及影響3DC/SIC最為嚴(yán)重的條件?水氧鹽餡合環(huán)境?!?含氧氣氛中的失效本質(zhì)?氧和S03對碳相的損仂破壞。5.從結(jié)構(gòu)的角度,深入分析了3DC/SIC的兩大結(jié)構(gòu)特征即纖維束交叉處交界孔處的SIC基體弱約束和應(yīng)力集中,以及強(qiáng)的弱界弛結(jié)合對力學(xué)行為的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從宏觀斷口形貌,纖維束、簇和單絲的拔出與斷裂特征、裂紋特征、界面區(qū)的脫粘和滑移、界面區(qū)與各組元結(jié)構(gòu)/織構(gòu)的變化等多個方面,對不同溫度不同應(yīng)力參數(shù)下3DC/SIC單調(diào)拉伸、疲勞和蠕變的微結(jié)構(gòu)演變進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)觀察與比較,確定比微結(jié)構(gòu)控制單元與要素,得出具體的失效機(jī)制。討論了3DC/SIC疲勞與蠕變失效機(jī)制的多尺度特性與相互差異,表明兩者機(jī)理相似,微結(jié)構(gòu)變化特征難以區(qū)分,僅在各種機(jī)制發(fā)生順序和比例上有所不同。6.基于上述各種模擬環(huán)境的失效分析和“仿生結(jié)構(gòu)模型”與“功能失效機(jī)制”,確定出分區(qū)間的重量變化率是C/SIC環(huán)境性能表征最直觀和最基本的指標(biāo),并用于建立失效判據(jù),分析了3DC/SIC熱物理化學(xué)介質(zhì)/應(yīng)力條件耦合環(huán)境中的失效機(jī)制并經(jīng)實驗驗證。關(guān)鍵詞C/SIC,復(fù)合材料,環(huán)境,微結(jié)構(gòu)演變,失效機(jī)制,跨尺度表征,仿生¨
