簡介:中山大學博士學位論文斜帶石斑魚早期生活史及種苗繁育技術研究姓名張海發(fā)申請學位級別博士專業(yè)海洋生物學指導教師林浩然20050609卵所含的蛋白和脂肪量自然就高于秋季產(chǎn)的卵。在育苗實踐中,要充分利用春季產(chǎn)卵質(zhì)量好的優(yōu)勢,大批量開展育苗生產(chǎn)。詳細描述從受精卵到初孵仔魚的28個具體發(fā)育時期的形態(tài)特征和發(fā)育時間,將斜帶石斑魚胚胎發(fā)育劃分為卵裂期、囊胚期、原腸胚期、神經(jīng)胚期和器官形成期。在水溫2505℃、鹽度310、28H30MIN完成整個胚胎發(fā)育孵化出膜。PH78的海水中,斜帶石斑魚胚胎歷時胚后發(fā)育主要根據(jù)卵黃囊、腹鰭棘及第二背鰭棘、鱗片、體色的變化分為仔魚期、稚魚期、幼魚期。仔魚期根據(jù)卵黃囊的有無又分為早期仔魚和晚期仔魚。在水溫245292℃,海水鹽度288335,PH7585的海水中,培育至36D,發(fā)育最快的斜帶石斑魚結束仔魚期進入稚魚期;培育至42D,發(fā)育最快的稚魚完成變態(tài),成為幼魚。斜帶石斑魚胚后發(fā)育過程中最明顯的變化是腹鰭棘與第二背鰭棘以及鰭棘上小刺的長出與收回。在培育水溫2505。C、鹽度3L一32條件下,斜帶石斑魚仔魚孵化后第3D開口并進入攝食期,孵化后55D,不能建立外源性營養(yǎng)的仔魚分別進入不可逆點PNR期,幾乎與此同時,卵黃囊和油球耗盡,仔魚混合營養(yǎng)期為2~3D,從初次攝食到進入PNR期的時間為25D仔魚在不同饑餓階段初次攝食發(fā)生率的變化式型是開始較低,此后逐步上升,高峰期出現(xiàn)在卵黃囊接近耗盡時,此后迅速下降記錄到的最高初次攝食發(fā)生率為767%;饑餓仔魚的死亡高峰出現(xiàn)在孵化后46D,至第8D,饑餓仔魚全部死亡卵黃囊期仔魚的生長可以分為3個期相初孵時的快速生長期,卵黃囊消失前后的慢速生長期,以及在不能建立外源性攝食后的負生長期。在仔魚培育階段每天定時對仔魚的攝食作跟蹤調(diào)查,以了解仔魚對輪蟲、豐年蟲、蒙古裸腹涵的攝食強度和攝食發(fā)生率的變化。結果表明,輪蟲和蒙古裸腹潘是斜帶石斑魚仔魚培育階段非常重要的餌料種類,前者在仔魚培育前中期占有極其重要的作用,后者在仔魚培育中后期占有極其重要的作用;豐年蟲由于存在營養(yǎng)缺陷而屬于仔魚培育階段一種爭議較大的餌料,只能輔助使用育苗實踐中,在H18之前保證輪蟲的充足供應以及在H1927期間維持輪蟲的適量供應是必須的,否則很可能導致育苗的失敗在H1518期間保證蒙古裸腹潘的適量供應以及在H1926期間維持蒙古裸腹潘的充足供應是非常重要的,或者有其它大型枝角類、橈足類取代蒙古裸腹潘也是可以的。II

簡介:Y81687F害踢震案大垮碩士學位論文幾個歐洲生態(tài)型杏物質(zhì)代謝與花芽分化相關性的研究研究生指導教師專業(yè)名稱研究方向所在學院邱學思劉國成研究員果樹學果樹栽培生理園藝學院2006年4月沈陽農(nóng)業(yè)大學砸士學位論史摘要杏樹作為重要的核果類果樹之一,栽培上普遍存在花器官發(fā)育不良的現(xiàn)象,從而成為制約杏樹豐產(chǎn)的主要原因。本研究以黃金杏、凱特杏、金太陽杏三個歐洲生態(tài)型杏為試材,從花芽分化的發(fā)育生理學入手,分別從解剖學,營養(yǎng)生理學,激素生理學角度,對花器官分化、孕育過程進行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,試圖探明杏花芽分化過程及其相應的響應規(guī)律。試驗結果摘要如下1三個歐洲杏品種花芽分化過程中無雄蕊敗育現(xiàn)象,整個發(fā)育過程良好。2三個歐洲杏品種均存在雌蕊敗育現(xiàn)象,從雌蕊原基形成一直到八核胚囊分化完成,形成成熟雌配子體,這其中的每一個步驟都可能出現(xiàn)雌蕊敗育的不良情況。3杏花芽分化的生理分化期,葉片同化生成的碳水化合物集中供給花芽。無論在葉片還是在短果枝中可溶性糖含量都偏低,葉片中淀粉含量較高,枝條中較低,此時的淀粉酶活性不強,表明在葉片中光合同化生成的產(chǎn)物從葉片輸出,直接供給花芽分化使用,為其提供合成氨基酸、蛋白質(zhì)等必需物質(zhì)的碳架元素,而少量從枝條輸出4杏形態(tài)分化過程中,各分化時期所需養(yǎng)分含量存在差異。雄蕊原基分化期,可溶性糖和淀粉含量較高;雌蕊原基分化期,碳水化合物以淀粉為主。5全氮含量與杏花芽分化相關性不顯著?;ㄑ糠只谌~片全N平均含量黃金杏金太陽杏凱特杏。6杏花芽生理分化期向形態(tài)分化期的轉(zhuǎn)變時期分化臨界期,氨基酸需求量雖大。此時期需求量比其它時期高很多,結合可溶性糖在此時期含量處于中上等水平,推斷出花芽形態(tài)的建成需要大量的氨基酸以合成相應的蛋白質(zhì),并且其需要量高于生理分化期。7花芽孕育即生理分化過程款間,C烈比值出現(xiàn)一個小高峰,在雄蕊原基分化期,再次出現(xiàn)峰值,說明了該比值對花芽分化,特別是雄蕊原基分化有重要影響。8葉片與枝條中P、K含量動態(tài)變化呈現(xiàn)相反的趨勢,枝條中磷含量呈現(xiàn)“低高一低”的變化動態(tài),與葉片中“高一低高”的趨勢相反,可能表明枝條作為重要的貯藏和運輸通道,葉片和根系中合成或吸收的碳水化合物及礦質(zhì)元素在枝條中起到一種緩沖作用,在兩個“源”輸出不足時,枝條能夠起到暫時的補給功能。9生理分化期,內(nèi)源激素需要高水平的IAA、DHZR/IAA比。形態(tài)分化期ABA含量維持低水平。IAA含量升高對杏花芽雄性器官分化有利。IAA/ABA比控制在O284左右有利于黃金杏花芽誘導,而在杏花雄蕊原基分化過程中需要較
