簡(jiǎn)介:廣西師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文科學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)需求分析的初步研究姓名楊雷申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)課程與教學(xué)論指導(dǎo)教師耿涓涓20070401II同時(shí)通過(guò)研究我們對(duì)培訓(xùn)提出了一些相關(guān)建議,如教育行政機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)制定本地區(qū)科學(xué)教師能力考核方式。應(yīng)當(dāng)多舉行一些研討活動(dòng),教學(xué)觀(guān)摩并且對(duì)于參加培訓(xùn)且有突出表現(xiàn)的教師予以職稱(chēng)評(píng)定上的優(yōu)先考慮。培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該根據(jù)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的相關(guān)信息來(lái)組織培訓(xùn)等等。本研究還對(duì)目前我們國(guó)家城市化進(jìn)程中的城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部也進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究,并相對(duì)于城市和農(nóng)村做了一個(gè)科學(xué)教師能力上的比較以及需求上的調(diào)查。文章分為五大部分。第一部分前言對(duì)本研究的背景、意義和目的、研究思路和論文結(jié)構(gòu)以及研究方法等進(jìn)行闡述說(shuō)明。第二部分研究綜述對(duì)科學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)需求分析和科學(xué)教師教學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)能力進(jìn)行闡述。第三部分研究方法與研究過(guò)程,是對(duì)本研究方法,研究工具,研究過(guò)程的具體闡述,涉及研究對(duì)象選取,訪(fǎng)談提綱編制,問(wèn)卷預(yù)測(cè)分析等幾個(gè)方面。第四部分研究結(jié)果與分析,對(duì)本研究的問(wèn)卷和訪(fǎng)談所得到的信息進(jìn)行處理,分析。第五部分研究結(jié)論與建議,對(duì)本研究得到的結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出相關(guān)培訓(xùn)建議。關(guān)鍵詞科學(xué)教師教師培訓(xùn)需求分析專(zhuān)業(yè)能力
