簡(jiǎn)介:華東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與高職院校責(zé)任教育研究姓名徐紅梅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)馬克思主義中國(guó)化研究指導(dǎo)教師余玉花20090901先,主要是學(xué)校的原因。第一,高職院校德育缺少責(zé)任教育的內(nèi)容。第二,責(zé)任教育不按教育規(guī)律進(jìn)行,脫離學(xué)生實(shí)際,缺乏人文關(guān)懷,重責(zé)任知識(shí)灌輸,輕責(zé)任實(shí)踐教育。第三,責(zé)任教育沒(méi)有形成“全員育人、全程育人、全面育人”的教育格局。一方面,學(xué)校內(nèi)部責(zé)任教育主體單一,缺乏協(xié)調(diào)性。另一方面,目前高職院校與家庭、社會(huì)之間聯(lián)系不夠緊密,沒(méi)有形成責(zé)任教育的大合力。其次,家庭教育的偏差。學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)功利性的教育觀念和主宰溺愛(ài)式、放任式和暴力式的教育方法使家庭教育的功能弱化甚至異化。再次,社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境諸多不良因素的負(fù)面影響。第三部分,高職院校責(zé)任教育的新探索。本部分內(nèi)容包括以下四方面。首先,明確高職院校責(zé)任教育的目標(biāo)。高職院校責(zé)任教育的目標(biāo)就是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的責(zé)任品質(zhì),豐富學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。其次,優(yōu)化高職院校責(zé)任教育的內(nèi)容。高職院校責(zé)任教育的內(nèi)容包括生命責(zé)任教育、誠(chéng)信責(zé)任教育、自我發(fā)展責(zé)任教育、職業(yè)責(zé)任教育、家庭責(zé)任教育和社會(huì)責(zé)任教育。再次,創(chuàng)新高職院校責(zé)任教育的方法。第一,問(wèn)題滲透式教育方法。問(wèn)題滲透式教育方法就是將責(zé)任教育寓于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的問(wèn)題中,通過(guò)組織學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)某一現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析和思考,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生產(chǎn)生責(zé)任認(rèn)知和責(zé)任情感。第二,情感滲透式教育方法。教師要加強(qiáng)師生間的平等溝通與交流,要熱愛(ài)、尊重和關(guān)心學(xué)生。最后,形成高職院校責(zé)任教育合力。第一,學(xué)校內(nèi)部責(zé)任教育合力的形成。學(xué)校需集全校之力,營(yíng)造全員育人、全課程育人、全活動(dòng)育人的責(zé)任教育合力氛圍。第二、學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)責(zé)任教育大合力的形成。從家庭教育自身方面,家長(zhǎng)要轉(zhuǎn)變家庭教育觀念,改革家庭教育方法。從學(xué)校方面,學(xué)校應(yīng)主動(dòng)加強(qiáng)與家庭、社會(huì)之間的聯(lián)系,增強(qiáng)責(zé)任教育大合力的實(shí)效。學(xué)校要積極走出去,加強(qiáng)與企業(yè)、社區(qū)的聯(lián)系與合作,為學(xué)生爭(zhēng)取更多的社會(huì)實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì),增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識(shí)。學(xué)校還需呼吁政府凈化社會(huì)環(huán)境,宣傳主流價(jià)值觀和責(zé)任觀,加大對(duì)不負(fù)責(zé)行為的懲罰力度,為高職院校責(zé)任教育提供健康、負(fù)責(zé)任的外部環(huán)境。本論文研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于側(cè)重從科學(xué)發(fā)展觀“以人為本’’和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度探索和分析高職院校責(zé)任教育,提出高職院校責(zé)任教育應(yīng)具有人本性、職業(yè)性、實(shí)踐性和協(xié)調(diào)性的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)責(zé)任教育是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,應(yīng)以學(xué)校教育為主,協(xié)調(diào)家庭、社會(huì)各方教育力量,形成教育合力,共同培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識(shí),增強(qiáng)高職院校責(zé)任教育的實(shí)效性。關(guān)鍵詞科學(xué)發(fā)展觀高職院校責(zé)任教育
