簡介:I分類號G8124學(xué)校單位代碼10446碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目論文題目義務(wù)社會體育指導(dǎo)員體育行為的社會學(xué)研究以魯西南晨晚練點指導(dǎo)者為例研究生姓名劉東輝學(xué)科、專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究方向體育教育理論與實踐導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱周全教授論文完成時間2013年4月III全民健身計劃綱要的頒布將全民健身事業(yè)推向了高潮,作為群眾體育事業(yè)的組織者、指導(dǎo)者,社會體育指導(dǎo)員是我國群眾體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅力量,是社會主義精神文明建設(shè)中的不可缺少的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。北京奧運會的成功申辦和召開意味著我國在體育事業(yè)上取得巨大的成就。群眾體育事業(yè)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展起來,體育指導(dǎo)員的社會地位和價值更加突出。如何正確指導(dǎo)社會體育指導(dǎo)員的工作,發(fā)揮體育指導(dǎo)員在群眾體育事業(yè)中的作用,是一個值得深入研究的課題。本文綜合采用文獻法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法,通過對魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點義務(wù)社會體育指導(dǎo)員的調(diào)查與研究,對的該地區(qū)義務(wù)社會體育指導(dǎo)員的基本情況、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會支持和主觀幸福感進行了社會學(xué)分析,在調(diào)查中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了該地區(qū)義務(wù)社會體育指導(dǎo)員在工作和隊伍建設(shè)中存在的問題,并提出了相對的改進對策。研究結(jié)論如下1魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點的指導(dǎo)員有著良好的指導(dǎo)習(xí)慣和指導(dǎo)動機,指導(dǎo)員隊伍中女性占得較多,男性較少,他們大都把強身健體、預(yù)防疾病作為體育鍛煉活動參與動機的首選,說明義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員對全民健身思想的理解較為深刻。另外該地區(qū)晨晚練點的指導(dǎo)員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)偏大,一方面指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容過于保守,另一方面缺少專業(yè)健身知識的傳送。另外從運動行為特征來看,魯西南地區(qū)義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員運動頻率較大。2、魯西南晨晚練點的義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員普遍有著較大的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)。510人經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的規(guī)模比較大,1015人經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的規(guī)模也有一定的比例。3、魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點義務(wù)社會體育指導(dǎo)員的社會支持力量的主要來源依次是家庭,朋友、鄰居和同事,以及社會制度和團體參與支持。4、魯西南晨晚練點的體育指導(dǎo)員中,60歲以上指導(dǎo)員幸福感的四個維度得分均最高,可知幸福感最高。支持體驗和知足充足體驗由高到低排序為60歲以上年齡段、4559歲年齡段、30歲以下年齡段、3144歲年齡段。舒適感體驗和自主充實體驗的得分都為60歲以上年齡段的義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員最高,其次是4559歲和30歲以下年齡段、3144歲年齡段指導(dǎo)員得分最低。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞大眾體育;社會體育指導(dǎo)員;社會網(wǎng)絡(luò);社會支持;主觀幸福感
