簡介:福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文福建紅點唇瓢蟲生物學(xué)特性及其捕食功能的研究姓名郭瑞鳴申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)森林保護學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師黃金水郭文碩20070401禍矬農(nóng)林大學(xué)頑{二學(xué)位論文摘要紅點屑瓢蟲CHILOCORUSKUWANAESILVESTRL屬于鞘翅目COLEOPTERA瓢蟲科COCCINELLIDAE盔唇瓢蟲屬CHILOCORUS,在國內(nèi)分布于黑龍江.吉林、遼寧、山東、江蘇、廣東、禍建等地;在國外主要分布于日本、朝鮮、意大利等國.本研究主要對紅點屑瓢蟲的形態(tài)特征、生物學(xué)特性、捕食功能進行系統(tǒng)觀察.摸清并掌握其在福建地區(qū)發(fā)生情況,以及其對松林害蟲松突圓蚧的捕食能力,并對其林間應(yīng)用作了初步探討,為推廣應(yīng)用紅點唇瓢蟲生物防治松突圓蚧提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。1紅點唇瓢蟲的生物學(xué)特性紅點唇瓢蟲是我國廣泛分布的一種天敵瓢蟲.能夠捕食農(nóng)、林,果樹、花卉上5科38種蚧殼蟲,是一種優(yōu)秀的捕食性天敵昆蟲.在福建松林中,紅點唇瓢蟲是松突圓蚧的主要天敵瓢蟲,對松突圓蚧的控制能力較強,有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景.通過20052006年在福建省平潭、福消等地的試驗觀察,紅點唇瓢蟲在福建省福州地區(qū)LA發(fā)生4代,以成蟲在樹皮裂縫、石縫和枯枝落葉等處越冬.越冬時問大約在每年11月下旬到12月之間,翌年3月初氣溫回暖,越冬代成蟲開始出蟄,并頻繁交尾。越冬瓢蟲的保存率較高,達86.75%,室內(nèi)飼養(yǎng)的越冬成聯(lián)大約能存活86.5D。自然狀態(tài)下7月仍可看到越冬瓢蟲活動。瓢蟲完成一代的時問受溫度影響較大,溫度高則發(fā)育較快.完成一代需要較短的時間;溫度低則發(fā)育慢,完成一代需要較長時間.每年3月下旬第1代幼蟲開始出現(xiàn),經(jīng)過從卵到幼蟲、蛹的蛻變,最后羽化成蟲,整個發(fā)育過程歷時大約57D;第2代和第3代6月8月由于氣溫較高,發(fā)育較快,平均發(fā)育歷期僅需32D和31D;第4代瓢蟲卵出現(xiàn)在9月上中旬,最遲12月上旬羽化成蟲.12月下旬左右進入越冬。各代成蟲壽命差異較大,以越冬代成蟲壽命晟長,平均217.9D;2代成蟲壽命較短,平均109.2D,產(chǎn)生變化的原因可能與氣候有關(guān)。羽化后的成蟲經(jīng)一段時間的發(fā)育性成熟后開始頻繁交尾并產(chǎn)卵。成蟲一生可多次重復(fù)交尾,交尾時間長短不一.交尾后的成蟲經(jīng)一段時間后開始產(chǎn)卵,在整個產(chǎn)卵期中會出現(xiàn)長短不同的產(chǎn)卵間期.第1代瓢蟲出現(xiàn)時間剛好與松突圓蚧火發(fā)生時問相吻合,瓢蟲有足夠多的食物來源,產(chǎn)卵量最大,平均152.7粒。紅點唇瓢蟲成蟲耐饑力較強,其耐饑能力隨著羽化后的發(fā)育時間增長而變大。白然條件下的紅點唇瓢蟲具有假死性,活動、產(chǎn)卵場所隱蔽等特性,有利于其在林間建立穩(wěn)定的種群,維持白身種群的延續(xù)。2紅點唇瓢蟲捕食功能的研究在實驗室條件下,運用HOLLINGII型圓盤方稃對紅點屑瓢蟲捕食功能進行擬合,擬合效果較好。室溫F,紅點屑瓢蟲的捕食能力隨著自身齡期增人而增大.其食暈隨著貓物的增加牛負指數(shù)增人,并逐漸趨近于一個晟人值。其中,成蟲和四齡幼蟲對松突圓蚧捕食越晟人,其圓盤方程為NT羆和ARTI器予齡期瓢蟲日

簡介:廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文桉樹黛袋蛾生物學(xué)特性與生態(tài)學(xué)特性的研究姓名常明山申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師楊振德20080530樹葉齡也具有選擇性,如對尾葉桉成熟葉的取食量是嫩葉的2倍多。試驗結(jié)果還表明黛袋蛾4齡幼蟲對尾葉桉葉片利用率和消化率相對較高,而對大葉桉和窿緣桉的利用率和消化率相對較低。研究結(jié)果還表明,黛袋蛾幼蟲取食尾葉桉后體內(nèi)纖維素酶的活力明顯增加。6本文測定了3種桉樹葉片物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明尾葉桉和大葉桉的鮮重、葉片面積、比葉面積、葉干重、體積、海綿組織厚度相對窿緣桉較大。同時,尾葉桉和大葉桉葉片的總糖和還原糖含量最高,窿緣桉最低;尾葉桉葉片的游離氨基酸含量最高,大葉桉和窿緣桉較低;蛋白質(zhì)含量窿緣桉最高,其次為尾葉桉;窿緣桉總酚含量最高,其次為大葉桉;對于尾葉桉不同老嫩程度的葉片,其內(nèi)部各成份含量均有明顯的差異。7選用4種殺蟲劑對黛袋蛾進行室內(nèi)藥效比較試驗。結(jié)果表明,高效氯氰菊酯和快殺靈的殺蟲效果比較好,阿維菌素和敵敵畏殺蟲效果較差。黛袋蛾取食和噴施殺蟲劑均可誘導(dǎo)尾葉桉葉片內(nèi)保護酶過氧化氫酶、過氧化物酶活性明顯升高,說明這兩種處理均能誘導(dǎo)尾葉桉產(chǎn)生一定程度的抗蟲性;黛袋蛾取食對尾葉桉幼苗光合速率沒有明顯的影響;黛袋蛾取食后尾葉桉葉片的總酚含量顯著升高,而噴施殺蟲劑對總酚含量沒有明顯的影響。8本文的創(chuàng)新點在于首次運用生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)和植物生理學(xué)多學(xué)科知識,系統(tǒng)的研究了黛袋蛾的生物學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)特性及其與桉樹生理生化狀況之間的關(guān)系,并對防治技術(shù)進行了初步研究。關(guān)鍵詞桉樹黛袋蛾生物學(xué)特性生態(tài)學(xué)特性生化指標防治技術(shù)
