簡介:1前言機床的價值從幾萬元到幾十萬元不等,一般都是在關鍵工序的關鍵設備,一旦故障停機,采用淘汰購新產(chǎn)品價值太高,一般采用維修手段進行維修,使其恢復功能,所以維修程序、方式、手段越來越引起人們的注意。此次根據(jù)現(xiàn)有條件,選用一臺嚴重損壞的6140車床作為對象進行維修,內(nèi)容包括原電路的解讀,新電路的設計,購買新元件,通過調試維修過程時機床可以正常使用,同時,使用組態(tài)軟件進行模擬仿真,使其動作過程呈現(xiàn)在人們面前。在文章最后,提出了現(xiàn)有車床現(xiàn)代化改造方案,包括新控制上才可編程控制器,主軸采用交流變頻器,使控制更加趨于現(xiàn)代化控制方法。希青有限公司的6140車床多數(shù)為臥式車床,使用繼電器和接觸器,這些傳統(tǒng)的電氣結構會導致部分車床因為元件老化或者線路老化,設備出現(xiàn)故障,無法運行,這次的任務就是對其中一部電氣系統(tǒng)控制完全損壞的機床進行維修,使其可以正常運行的情況下,但是傳統(tǒng)的車床加工精確度不高,加工方式單一,所以在原有6140車床基礎上進行改造。在原有的機床上對其進行PLC改造,提出PLC對其電氣部分的控制方法設計方案,并進行軟件模擬,使6140車床控制電路簡化,從而克服老舊模式缺點,使原來的車床具有一定的數(shù)控化,可以進行精細加工,提高產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟效益,使車床可以在以后市場中得到更加廣泛應用。36140車床型號意義分別為6為組代號(落地及臥室車床組);1為系代號(臥式車床);40為主參數(shù)折算值。126140車床的運動分析6140車床的運動主要分為主軸電路的轉動,進擊運動,輔助運動三部分。121主運動主軸主要是電機轉動帶動傳送帶,通過齒輪變速變化,使其獲得動力(1)電機采用三相籠式異步電動機啟動。(2)調速通過機械部分的變速箱實現(xiàn)。(3)啟動方式為直接啟動。122進擊運動進擊運動是通過快速進擊電機,輔助內(nèi)部齒輪傳遞方式改變,使其可以實現(xiàn)4個方向上的快速移動(1)電機采用三相籠式異步電動機啟動。(2)速度固定,方向通過操作桿搖動,改變內(nèi)部齒輪咬合實現(xiàn)。(3)由點動開關來實現(xiàn)快速操作。(4)手動操作,可以進行固定值的加工。123輔助運動輔助運動多數(shù)為手動操作完成,主要是加工時候根據(jù)需要進行選擇(1)刀架轉動。(2)物件夾緊和放松。(3)鉆孔進給。(4)加工冷卻(與主電機為順序啟動關系)由轉換開關控制。

簡介:本科畢業(yè)設計本科畢業(yè)設計(外文翻譯)(外文翻譯)題目_基于PLC鍋爐溫度控制_系統(tǒng)姓名專業(yè)自動化學號指導教師小初、宋體、加粗小三、宋體、15倍行距小三、宋體、15倍行距題目過長分兩行,所填內(nèi)容居中外文翻譯外文翻譯原文原文基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制系統(tǒng)的研究摘要摘要從鍋爐的發(fā)展情況,PLC選型系統(tǒng)軟硬件設計,上下位機通信,組態(tài)程序開發(fā)設計等幾個方面進行介紹。通過PLC實現(xiàn)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)具有調試簡潔、價格低廉、易于維修等優(yōu)勢,并且容易拓展到相應的工控領域,移植性較好對工控發(fā)展具有重要的意義。關鍵詞關鍵詞PLC傳感器;溫度;自動控制隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題越發(fā)突出。鍋爐作為供熱系統(tǒng)中最重要的能源轉換裝置能源消耗巨大,每年全國鍋爐燃燒消耗的能源占總產(chǎn)13以上。目前,國內(nèi)大部分城市供熱系統(tǒng)中運行的鍋爐設備陳舊老化基本依靠人工操作,自動化水平低下,安全性能極差,燃燒效率不高,空氣污染極為嚴重。因此,為鍋爐配置自動化溫度控制系統(tǒng)在當今環(huán)境污染日益嚴重的情況下就顯得極為重要。1基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制的介紹本系統(tǒng)是基于PLC的鍋爐溫度控制,通過鍋爐內(nèi)部傳感器對溫度、流量等參數(shù)的反饋來對系統(tǒng)溫度進行調控,實現(xiàn)鍋爐溫度的自動控制。PLC可編程控制器是一種將繼電器控制器和計算機結合起來,通過安裝程序CPU中央處理單元為核心與IO設備相連接,使用在工控領域的計算機其構成與普通計算機略有不同,主要是由CPU、存儲單元、IO接口電路、電源等基礎部分外加擴展部分、編程器、外部設備等方面組成。PLC可編程控制器既能替代普通的繼電器,又具有多種擴展功能,如AD模塊等。因此,PLC的運用為鍋爐的自動控制提供了新的解決辦法使一些先進的控制方法得以應用。使用PLC可編程控制器對鍋爐系統(tǒng)進行改造實現(xiàn)對溫度的自動控制一方面可以提高燃燒效率,減少燃料的使用量和煙氣中有害氣體的排放減少了空氣
