簡介:同濟(jì)大學(xué)博士后學(xué)位論文稠油污水處理工藝技術(shù)的研究回用和外排姓名謝加才申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士后專業(yè)環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師王正江高廷耀李明義周增炎20011001冷卻、厭氧生物反應(yīng)器、懸浮填料生物反應(yīng)器以及砂濾后,出水中的油、懸浮物、COD、硫化物、揮發(fā)酚以及總鉻等指標(biāo)均達(dá)到有關(guān)國家和地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。即油≤8RAG/L,懸浮物≤100MG/L,COD≤100MG/L,硫化物≤1.0,揮發(fā)酚≤O.5MG/L,總鉻≤0.5MG/L。其運(yùn)行成本為2.3~2.5元/M3水。6稠油污水回用于注汽鍋爐具有巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是環(huán)境效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的完美統(tǒng)一?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)中試結(jié)果表明若包括原油回收費(fèi),其凈效益可達(dá)8.7~9.2元/M3,若不包括原油回收費(fèi),其凈效益可達(dá)2.5~3.0元/M3。遼河油田目前R產(chǎn)稠油污水8.4L104M3,若全部回用于熱采鍋爐,其每年的凈效益可達(dá)7674~9209萬元,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益非常明顯。因此不論是從環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益,還是從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的角度出發(fā),大量的稠油污水宜首選吲用于熱采鍋爐,其次才是達(dá)標(biāo)外排。關(guān)鍵詞;稠油污水,注汽鍋爐,外排,回用

簡介:THESISSUBMITTEDINPARTIALFULFILLMENTOFTHEREQUIREMENTSFORTHEDEGREEFORTHEMASTEROFENGINEERINGRESEARCHONDIEFORGINGPROCESSCADSYSTEMANDKEYTECHNOLOGIESFORLARGEAIRCRAFTCOMPONENTBASEDONCATIACANDIDATEZHANGZHANGMAJORMATERIALPROCESSINGENGINEERINGSUPERVISORASSOCIATEPROFZHENGZHIZHENHUAZHONGUNIVERSITYOFSCIENCETECHNOLOGYWUHAN430074,PRCHINAMAY,2016華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I摘要摘要航空裝備中的許多承力構(gòu)件,如飛機(jī)機(jī)體的承力框、梁、接頭、起落架,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片等,是飛機(jī)中的重要部分,直接關(guān)系到飛機(jī)的可靠性、壽命與成本。為了保證這些構(gòu)件的性能與質(zhì)量,一般采用整體鍛造方法制成,這些大型整體鍛件的工藝設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)已成為衡量一個(gè)國家航空工業(yè)整體水平和實(shí)力的重要標(biāo)志之一。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)及信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為提高模鍛工藝設(shè)計(jì)和鍛件制造水平的一種有效方法?;诖?,本文針對(duì)大飛機(jī)關(guān)鍵模鍛件特點(diǎn),開展大型模鍛件工藝設(shè)計(jì)方法及系統(tǒng)的研究,并對(duì)大鍛件工藝設(shè)計(jì)過程中的快速拔模和快速倒圓角等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究。首先,通過分析大型模鍛件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),以及大型模鍛件的模鍛工藝流程,搭建了模鍛工藝CAD系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,詳細(xì)闡述了鍛件設(shè)計(jì)和工藝參數(shù)等功能模塊。其次,針對(duì)高筋薄壁鍛件的特點(diǎn),對(duì)鍛件所有的面進(jìn)行判斷與分組,自動(dòng)劃分出外拔模面、正向面與負(fù)向面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了內(nèi)拔模面以及對(duì)應(yīng)中性面的自動(dòng)識(shí)別,從而代替了手動(dòng)逐個(gè)選擇拔模面和中性面的過程。然后,也對(duì)鍛件所有的邊進(jìn)行判斷與分組,自動(dòng)劃分出內(nèi)圓角銳邊和外圓角銳邊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)需要添加圓角半徑邊線的自動(dòng)識(shí)別,并對(duì)端點(diǎn)處銳邊進(jìn)行分類和判定銳邊倒圓角操作的順序。最后,基于上述研究基礎(chǔ),利用CATIACAA平臺(tái)開發(fā)了大飛機(jī)構(gòu)件模鍛工藝CAD系統(tǒng)。以高筋薄壁類鍛件為例,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鍛件的快速拔模和快速倒圓角操作,結(jié)果證明較好地提高了鍛件的設(shè)計(jì)效率和設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)確性。關(guān)鍵字關(guān)鍵字大鍛件;CATIA;模鍛工藝CAD;快速拔模;快速倒圓角
