簡(jiǎn)介:信息化的時(shí)代,串行設(shè)計(jì)方法作為傳統(tǒng)的新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。文章引入工業(yè)工程方法中的并行工程原理,在計(jì)算機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用PLM技術(shù),實(shí)施并行設(shè)計(jì)的管理方法。并行工程是對(duì)產(chǎn)品及其相關(guān)過程進(jìn)行并行、一體化設(shè)計(jì)的一種系統(tǒng)化的工作模式。文章介紹了并行工程的產(chǎn)生、定義和方法,應(yīng)用并行工程原理對(duì)工作流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了重組。PDMPRODUCTDATAMANAGEMENT是一項(xiàng)新的管理思想和技術(shù),可以定義為以軟件技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)、以產(chǎn)品為核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)、過程、資源一體化集成管理的技術(shù),是依托IT技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)最優(yōu)化管理的有效方法,是科學(xué)的管理框架與企業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。本文闡述了產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理PDM和基于PDM的產(chǎn)品生命周期管理PLMPRODUCTLIFECYCLEMANAGEMENT的概念、體系結(jié)構(gòu),論述了并行工程與PDM的關(guān)系,提出了支持并行開發(fā)的TIPLM的功能結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用TIPLM對(duì)并行工程的實(shí)現(xiàn)提出集成框架,在并行工程設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境下對(duì)企業(yè)模型的需求與模型定制進(jìn)行研究。文章進(jìn)一步舉例介紹了新產(chǎn)品的功能,應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目分解的方法對(duì)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行了分解,組建項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),構(gòu)造新產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)信息樹模型,確定工作流和信息流,應(yīng)用此研究成果對(duì)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)進(jìn)行管理。

簡(jiǎn)介:第一部分,本文提出了一種基于QFD與TRIZ三種技術(shù)工具綜合的產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過QFD的質(zhì)量屋分析確定需要改善的零部件;在對(duì)零部件進(jìn)行負(fù)相關(guān)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用TRIZ技術(shù)工具提出解決一對(duì)質(zhì)量特性負(fù)相關(guān)的方案;然后通過多次循環(huán)的QFD分析與TRIZ技術(shù)工具應(yīng)用以預(yù)測(cè)可能產(chǎn)生的二層問題并降低其負(fù)面影響,進(jìn)而形成有效的產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)方案。第二部分,文章研究了基于TRIZ技術(shù)工具解耦的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法。該方法以AD的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中某個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)層次為分析基礎(chǔ),通過TRIZ技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)確定產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)演化模式和演化路線,應(yīng)用物質(zhì)場(chǎng)分析和功能分析確定產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),通過矛盾分析解決產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的耦合設(shè)計(jì)問題,并通過獨(dú)立性公理評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)的可行性;并通過研究實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。第三部分,研究了基于FAFUNCTIONANALYSIS,功能分析與TRIZ軟件工具的產(chǎn)品改善方法。通過功能分析形成產(chǎn)品的功能樹和零部件樹,在質(zhì)量屋分析的基礎(chǔ)上確定待改善的零部件集并通過判定規(guī)則選擇需要改善的零部件,然后應(yīng)用TRIZ軟件工具從減輕質(zhì)量特性負(fù)相關(guān)、物質(zhì)場(chǎng)、效應(yīng)知識(shí)庫(kù)三方面對(duì)零部件進(jìn)行分析,輔助設(shè)計(jì)者產(chǎn)生零部件技術(shù)創(chuàng)新概念,通過多次循環(huán)以有效的形成產(chǎn)品改善方案。最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出了一些有待于進(jìn)一步研究的問題和方向。
