簡(jiǎn)介:接觸網(wǎng)地理信息管理系統(tǒng)GIS利用計(jì)算機(jī)圖形技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)來(lái)存儲(chǔ)和處理空間信息,利用地理信息系統(tǒng)把接觸網(wǎng)的圖形、音像、文字、數(shù)據(jù)資料等各種信息映射到共享數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享、資料分類(lèi)檢索并建立接觸網(wǎng)現(xiàn)實(shí)地理環(huán)境的空間信息模型。GIS把空間信息及其屬性信息真實(shí)、圖文并茂地輸出給用戶(hù),借助其獨(dú)有的空間分析功能和可視化表達(dá)功能,進(jìn)行各種輔助決策。本系統(tǒng)采用MAPX為系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),使用面向?qū)ο蟮木幊碳夹g(shù)和ACTIVEX控件,界面設(shè)計(jì)采用VISUALBASIC60,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用大型的結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)MSSQLSERVER2000。系統(tǒng)以矢量地理圖為背景,以接觸網(wǎng)各種設(shè)備如支柱、導(dǎo)線(xiàn)等為管理對(duì)象,在地理圖上顯示設(shè)備相對(duì)位置,對(duì)設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)和管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)信息化管理,為接觸網(wǎng)日常維護(hù)管理、事故救援搶修和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)決策提供重要依據(jù)。它具有表現(xiàn)直觀(guān)、管理方便、人機(jī)界面友好,系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)展性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。利用該系統(tǒng),可以對(duì)接觸網(wǎng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行有效的管理,以提高設(shè)備管理及維護(hù)水平,保證鐵路生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行;在故障情況下,能夠及時(shí)進(jìn)行故障處理,縮小故障范圍,迅速恢復(fù)運(yùn)行,以減少損失,提高運(yùn)行可靠性。
