1、隨著國(guó)際上全球化進(jìn)程和中國(guó)改革開放進(jìn)程的深入發(fā)展，中國(guó)的國(guó)際交流日益增多，法律文本的翻譯越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注，對(duì)于法律文本的翻譯需求量越來(lái)越大，同時(shí)對(duì)法律文本翻譯的質(zhì)量也提出了更高的要求。目前，對(duì)法律文本的翻譯研究大多數(shù)傾向于從“局部到全局”的微觀詞、句及篇章層面的研究。本文采用功能主義翻譯理論來(lái)對(duì)法律翻譯進(jìn)行研究，賦予其一個(gè)新研究視角。本文認(rèn)為，從法律文本的文本類型來(lái)看，功能主義翻譯研究可以為法律翻譯提供切實(shí)可行的指導(dǎo)。在其指導(dǎo)下，本
