3、I has played a great role in promoting China's economic development. The positive and negative effects of foreign direct investment on host countries are often co-existed.FDI has played a positive effect in China'

4、;s economic development and at the same time, its negative impact can not be ignored.As far as the ecological environment is deteriorating, it increasingly shows the importance and necessity to add the eco- environmental

5、 effects of foreign direct investment into the effects produced in the host countries. The thesis takes the analysis of specific regions of Bejing, Tianjin and Hebei as the core. Firstly conducting the method of theoret

6、ical interpretation to track research status and achievements of relevant theories home and abroad on ecological economics, environment and economic growth theory, the marginal industrial expansion theory and the theory

7、of environmental-pollutioned industries transferation and etc. to make a review on the theoretical aspects of multinational investment, environment effects, of international industrial transferation. Secondly, conducting

8、 the method of specific mathematical model to concretely analyze the composition of interactional effects mechanism between the environmental effects and FDI. Thirdly, conducting chart and statistical analysis method to
