3、F. Methods: Seventy patients with premature ovarian failure and twenty patients with nomal control were evaluated from 2006 to 2008. Serum anti-ovarian antibodies (AoAb) were detected by ELISA. Sera EGF and IL-2 level w

4、ere measured by immunoradio-metric assay(IRMA) and TNF–α was measured by radio-immunoassay (RIA), respectively. Results: There had no significant difference between patients with POF and patients with normal controls in

5、age distribution and the average of age (P>0.05). Patients with POF had higher AoAb level, and lower TNF-α、EGF or IL-2 level than normal controls (all P<0. 05) . The levels of the cytok ines (TNF-α、EGF and IL-2) in
