1、Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rebamipide on chronic erosive gastritis including individual symptom, endoscopic gastric mucosal lesions , gastric mucosal histopathological classification.

2、 Methods 75 patients with chronic erosive gastritis by gastroscopy were divided into 2 groups. 45 cases in the treatment group were given drug Rebamipide orally, 0.1mg each time, 3 times aday. 30 cases in the control

3、group were given drug Sucralfate orally, 1.0g each time, 3times a day. Both groups were treated for 8 successive weeks. Individual symptom was observed before , in the period of , after the treatment. Gastro

4、scopic and histopathological examination was done before and after the treatment. Results 8 weeks after the treatment, clinical symptom improved obviously in the Rebamipide group compared with the Sucralf
