4、onstohavevaluestoactaccdingtotheirvaluesinaconsistentmannertomaketherightchoiceswherethepublicgoodisatoddswithcpateselfinterest.Thisexpectationhaslongappliedtothecpation’sofficialacts:howitaccountsfrevenueswhatbusinesspr
