7、nevitablehistorical result in the certain historical process. Therefore, we cannot abandon theattention on the history. So, by placing the multiple labor legal system in thebackground of social history in modern China, I

8、 analyzed the historicalphenomenon of the multiple labor legal system, traced its historical root, studiedthe legal vicissitude along with social vicissitude, analyzed the function and theinfluence of this kind of legal

9、vicissitude in the social vicissitude，and researchedon the historical value and the practical significance of the labor legal system’ smultiplication in modern China.This article mainly probed into vicissitude of the mul
