4、l economy and deepening of globalization has brought more opportunities and more challenges as well for enterprises, and their living environment becomes more complex with more diverse problems, and how to survive and de

5、velop sustainably in this fast changing environment is an important issue for enterprises today. The 2008 financial crisis, as an unprecedented global catastrophe, has given huge threaten to the survival and development

6、of many enterprises, and also aroused attention for enterprise sustainable development problem. Through the analyzing performances of some enterprises in this crisis, we found that in the dramatic changing environment, s

7、ome enterprises which used to be competitive performed vulnerable, while some enterprises can survive in this extremely tough environment, and there even some enterprises seized opportunities in crisis, beat competitors,

8、 then developed and grew rapidly. How to fight against threats from outside and achieve sustainable development? This problem attracted wide attention in academia. For enterprise sustainable development, scholars have co

9、nducted extensive and in-depth research, however, most of which are from positive perspectives, such as enterprise flexibility, learning organization. Some scholars have found that vulnerability is the inverse problem of

10、 sustainable development, and some have carried out research on the formation mechanism of enterprise vulnerability, however, research on enterprise sustainable development based on vulnerability, a negative perspective,

11、 has not been carried out systematically, especially lacking of empirical research. On the basis of existing studies, this thesis discussed the mechanism, assessment and countermeasures of enterprise sustainable developm

12、ent from the perspective of vulnerability. This thesis first summarized previous studies on sustainable development and enterprise vulnerability, then based on the three dimensions of vulnerability--exposure, sensitivity

13、 and adaptive ability, proposed the theoretical model of sustainable development ability from vulnerability perspective, and validated this model through questionnaires analysis, and on this basis, built the evaluation i
