2、s of the primary and secondary school teachers’ team in kaifeng, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. Mainly there are seven aspects in the existing problems: first, the structural problems i
3、n teachers’ team; Second, the teachers are not so vigorous; Third, the difference in pay; Fourth, the problem of substitute teachers; Fifth, the problem of teachers’ quality; Sixth, teachers’ training issues; Seventh, te
4、achers' professional pressure. The countermeasures and suggestions include: first, adjust the subject structure, increase the flow of teachers, attract male teachers, and urge equilibrium configuration; Second, arous
5、e teachers' vigor; Third, adjust the policy of the weak school , urge the performance of same pay in the same city, reduce excessive administrative intervention, exert the function of school’s labor union. Fourth, th
6、e recognition of identity, regulating the rules of substitute teacher, making plans for teachers’ training, carrying out appraisal system, salary at all levels for finance, obtainment of standardization. Fifth, improve
7、the quality of teachers’ education, teachers’ continuing education, strengthen school education and scientific research activities. Teachers should adjust mentality. Teachers should keep reminding students. Sixth, establ
8、ish an effective mechanism, strengthen the investment of the training fund, learn training management, combine the needs of school and the teachers with school-based training and concentration training in colleges. Seven
