2、ctforteachershasbeenthetraditionalvirtuesoftheChinesenation,andpeoplehavepaidattentionto“moralRoadArtsandseek”。ButthereiSnospecificteachertrainingineducationalinstitutions。In1897,ShanghaiNanyangInstituteofTeachersCollege
3、wasfounded。Jiangsuprovinceopenedapreludetoteachereducationinmodemtimes。AswellasinmodemChina,thepreludetoteachereducationhasbeenopened。TeachereducationinmodemChinaisaccompaniedbythebirthofthemodemeducationsystemstartedint
4、helateQinggovernment,andthenationalgovernmentpromulgatedtheinitialteachereducation。TheestablishmentofteachereducationinmodemChinabegantiseanddevelopinitially。TeachereducationinmodemtimestooktheleadinthedevelopmentofJiang
5、suprovincewhichopenedthefirstnationalteachereducation。Agamstthebackdropofteachereducation’Srisealloverthecountry,teachereducationdevelopedrapidly。AftertheOpiumWar,theChinesepeoplesufferingtheoutsideandinsideshamebegantos
6、eekselfimprovementunderthethoughtofSavingtheNationthrougheducation。Amongmanyfactorssuchasdrivenstronglybythepeoplewithloftyideals,modemeducationhasbeeninthegradualemergency。Widerangeoftheestablishmentofnewschoolsinevitab
7、lydemandedalargenumberofteachersofmodemtimes。In1897,Jiangsuhadthefirstnormalschool。Afterit,teachereducationinstitutionsatalllevelsindifferentprovinCCSstartedtobesetup。Jiangsu’Srapiddevelopmentofteachereducationinmodemtim
8、esbegantotakeshapeacrossthecountry。InlateQingDynasty,Jiangsu’Steachereducationexperiencedthedifficultdevelopmentprocessfromscratchandfromsmalltolarge。Andithadmadeconsiderableprogressandoutstandingachievementsfort11ecause
9、oftransportingalargenumberofteachersinJiangsu,SOastopromotethereformanddevelopmentoftraditionaleducationandsocioeconomicinJiangsu。Duringthisprocess,theformationofteachereducationinJiangsuowneditsuniquecharacteristies,suc
10、hasstartingfirstly,veryrapiddevelopment,systemintegrity,leadingthewomen’SteachereducationandSOon。Atthattime,duetounstablesocialenvironment,lackoffundingforeducationandmanyotheradversefactors,Jiangsuteachereducationinthed
11、evelopingprocessisinevitablethattherehavebeensomeissueswithcertainlimitations。However,throughthedevelopmentintwentyyearsduringneendofQingDynastytoearlyyearsoftheRepublic,Jiangsuhadbasicallybuiltcompletesystemofteacheredu
