簡介:西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文某航空機載制造企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究姓名劉小康申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師顏安20050501劃以及風(fēng)險分析,得出了C企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的結(jié)論。筆者在該企業(yè)工作了十幾年,深知企業(yè)存在管理缺陷的危害,在當(dāng)今信息時代,怎樣提高企業(yè)競爭力,提高企業(yè)管理水平,一直是我的夢想,也是寫作此文的初衷。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)在于將企業(yè)信息化管理以及PLM系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論與C企業(yè)的實際充分結(jié)合,為C企業(yè)制定了一個較全面的實施PLM系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃,為企業(yè)下一步建立PLM系統(tǒng)提供了指導(dǎo),這對C企業(yè)解決在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計以及生產(chǎn)制造中存在的問題、縮短產(chǎn)品研發(fā)周期、降低成本、提高企業(yè)綜合競爭力,將發(fā)揮重要的任用。同時,本文對我國其他擬實施PLM系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、制造類企業(yè),也具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕梃b意義。全文共分六章。第一章為PLM系統(tǒng)發(fā)展歷史包括PLM的基本概念、發(fā)展與演化、定義以及主要功能;第二章為企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用背景與效益包括PLM的應(yīng)用背景、實施費用以及實施效益;第三章為C企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)實施的必要性分析包括企業(yè)簡介、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及關(guān)鍵競爭要素分析;第四章為C企業(yè)實施PLM系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃包括PLM系統(tǒng)實施基本目標(biāo)、IT需求、產(chǎn)品選型、軟件配置及費用預(yù)算以及系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu);第五章為PLM實施風(fēng)險分析包括PLM系統(tǒng)實施失敗的主要原因、如何規(guī)避實施風(fēng)險;第六章為C企業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的結(jié)論。通讀全文,我們可以得出這樣一個結(jié)論即引入PLM系統(tǒng),強化研發(fā)的效率與效果已是制造業(yè)無可回避的抉擇。關(guān)鍵詞產(chǎn)品生命周期管理航空機載產(chǎn)品設(shè)計平臺企業(yè)競爭能力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃
