簡介:融合教是教育的發(fā)展趨勢,融合教育對普通教師帶來了觀念和技能的挑戰(zhàn)。普通教師對融合教育的態(tài)度直接影響著他們對殘疾學(xué)生的態(tài)度和行為。融合教育系統(tǒng)中的各宏觀要素和微觀要素都影響著職前教師對融合教育所持的態(tài)度。而殘疾人的接觸類型和接受的職前培訓(xùn)是影響職前教師對融合教育所持態(tài)度的重要因素。但是由于缺乏相關(guān)的技能和知識,很多普通教師對融合教育持消極的態(tài)度,而這種態(tài)度影響著融合教育的進(jìn)程。很多學(xué)校的教師培訓(xùn)項目為了應(yīng)對多元化和融合教育的挑戰(zhàn),對教師培訓(xùn)項目有所改變和調(diào)整,這有可能促成職前教師對融合教育的積極態(tài)度。因此,本研究通過對美國東南部一所普通綜合性大學(xué)里158名職前小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,希望探究新一代職前普通教師對融合教育所持的態(tài)度,并且探究哪些因素影響并且如何影響他們對融合教育所持的態(tài)度。本研究中的調(diào)查對象非常認(rèn)同融合教育無論是對普通學(xué)生還是對殘疾學(xué)生的益處,認(rèn)識到在融合教育中差異化教學(xué)和合作教學(xué)的益處,但是對全部融合持保留態(tài)度,另外對自己有效指導(dǎo)殘疾學(xué)生的能力缺乏自信。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)合該校職前小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)項目的特點,本研究認(rèn)為,該校職前普通小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)項目在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實施融合教育能力發(fā)面,還有需要完善的地方。另外,與殘疾人的接觸類型對不同階段的職前教師對融合教育所持的態(tài)度有不同影響。

簡介:Y812728遼寧師范大學(xué)教育碩士研究生學(xué)位論文論文題目新課程改革中初中語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的問題及對策研究研究生宋曉輝指導(dǎo)教師楊曉教授專業(yè)方向教育管理年級2003級遼寧師范大學(xué)研究生部2005年4月新課程改革中初中語義綜臺性學(xué)習(xí)的問題發(fā)對策研究學(xué)習(xí)的問題。對語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)識上的迷茫和行動上的盲從,是教師普遍存在的狀態(tài)。這導(dǎo)致初中語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)多流于形式,教學(xué)組織無序化、隨意化現(xiàn)象十分嚴(yán)重.語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的實施在很人程度上陷入了一種欲做不能的邊緣狀態(tài)。針對這些問題,本研究試圖對實施語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)過程中,教師存在的問題進(jìn)行歸納、梳理;剖析問題存在的根源。從承擔(dān)新課程改革培訓(xùn)教師任務(wù)的角度出發(fā),尋求解決教師存在問題的途徑和策略,努力推動語文綜臺性學(xué)習(xí)的研究和發(fā)展。二研究意義1.理論意義語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)是一個需要大膽探索與勇于實踐的全新課程。本文試結(jié)合語文教學(xué)實際,就目前大連市教師實施語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)過程中存在的問題,剖析教師實施語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)存在問題的根源,豐富和提高理論認(rèn)識。2.實踐意義根據(jù)目前教師在語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)實施過剩中存在問題及其原因,對教師進(jìn)行有的放矢的培訓(xùn),為教師有效地實施語文綜臺性學(xué)習(xí)提供專業(yè)支持與幫助,以期更好的幫助學(xué)校教師提高白身素質(zhì),從而真止提高初中語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量。三研究目的針對性分析新課科改革中語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)實施方面教師存在的具體問題;探討問題產(chǎn)生的根本原岡;從教師培訓(xùn)I角度提出解決問題的建議和對策。二、前人研究綜述“語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)”是新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育語文課程改革過程中產(chǎn)生的一種新的課程形態(tài)和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。對于它的研究土要集中丁2001年綜合實踐活動被列為必修課程以后,在國家教育部新制訂的全日制義務(wù)教育語文課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實驗稿中指山“現(xiàn)代社會要求公吣具備良好的人文素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)素養(yǎng),具備包括閱讀理解與表達(dá)交流在內(nèi)的多方面的基本能力。”并首次把“語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)”納入語文課程體系之中,構(gòu)成語文課程內(nèi)窬的有機(jī)組成部分。雖然課程概念山現(xiàn)的時間較晚,研究的歷程也比較短,但有關(guān)語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的課程目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)方式、評價方式、語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)與綜合實踐活動課程的關(guān)系、語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)對學(xué)生主體性發(fā)展的重要價值與功能、語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的實施策略等問題的觀點已日益趨同.而且有些內(nèi)容已作為指導(dǎo)教學(xué)實踐的依據(jù)被納入到教育部頒布的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)當(dāng)中。1|語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的課程目標(biāo)在全日制義務(wù)教育語文課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實驗稿中,國家對語文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)分段目標(biāo)均有具體表述。本研究所指范同為七~九年級第四學(xué)段,岡此僅列山相應(yīng)學(xué)段的階段目標(biāo)如R能白主組織文學(xué)活動,再辦刊、演出、討論筲活動過程中,體驗合作與成功的喜悅。能提山學(xué)習(xí)和生活中感興趣的問題,共同討論,選出研究主題,制定簡單的研究計劃,從報刊、一}5籍或其他媒體中獲取有關(guān)資料,討論分析問題,獨立或合作寫出簡單的研究報告。
