簡介:廣西師范大學碩士學位論文科學教師培訓需求分析的初步研究姓名楊雷申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)課程與教學論指導教師耿涓涓20070401II同時通過研究我們對培訓提出了一些相關建議,如教育行政機構應當制定本地區(qū)科學教師能力考核方式。應當多舉行一些研討活動,教學觀摩并且對于參加培訓且有突出表現(xiàn)的教師予以職稱評定上的優(yōu)先考慮。培訓機構應該根據(jù)培訓對象的相關信息來組織培訓等等。本研究還對目前我們國家城市化進程中的城鄉(xiāng)結合部也進行了調查和研究,并相對于城市和農村做了一個科學教師能力上的比較以及需求上的調查。文章分為五大部分。第一部分前言對本研究的背景、意義和目的、研究思路和論文結構以及研究方法等進行闡述說明。第二部分研究綜述對科學教師培訓需求分析和科學教師教學專業(yè)能力進行闡述。第三部分研究方法與研究過程,是對本研究方法,研究工具,研究過程的具體闡述,涉及研究對象選取,訪談提綱編制,問卷預測分析等幾個方面。第四部分研究結果與分析,對本研究的問卷和訪談所得到的信息進行處理,分析。第五部分研究結論與建議,對本研究得到的結果進行歸納總結,并提出相關培訓建議。關鍵詞科學教師教師培訓需求分析專業(yè)能力
