簡(jiǎn)介:中南林學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)高等教育市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略研究姓名李雪巖申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷指導(dǎo)教師鄧德勝200261中國(guó)高等教育市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略研究文獻(xiàn)綜述1中國(guó)高等教育11高等教育的涵義“高等教育”這一概念的正式出現(xiàn)是在18世紀(jì)后期資產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命以后。但“高等教育”這一詞語(yǔ)到底何時(shí)開始使用,現(xiàn)在仍不能確斷。據(jù)現(xiàn)有的資料看,較早出現(xiàn)在1874年瑞士邦聯(lián)通過(guò)的邦聯(lián)憲法中。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)以后,教育這一概念如何界定,至今并無(wú)統(tǒng)一的意見。多類型的實(shí)施中等教育后的教育機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛出現(xiàn),較為通行的定義主要有以下兩種高等教育發(fā)生了顯著的變化。但是,高等尤其是20世紀(jì)60年代以來(lái),由于多層次、更加劇了高等教育概念上的不確定性?,F(xiàn)在聯(lián)合國(guó)教課文組織在1962年對(duì)“高等教育”做出如下定義“高等教育是由大學(xué)、文理學(xué)院、理工學(xué)院、師范學(xué)院等機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施的各種類型的教育。1基本的入學(xué)條件是受完中等教育普通、技術(shù)、職業(yè)中等教育或中等師范教育2通常入學(xué)年齡為18歲3修完課程即授予相應(yīng)的學(xué)位、文憑或高等學(xué)習(xí)證書。”1978年出版的大英高等教育百科全書認(rèn)為,“高等教育是學(xué)術(shù)水平高于中等教育的第三級(jí)教育”。川高等教育的涵義隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,必然也將不斷的發(fā)展和變化。12發(fā)展高等教育的重要性我國(guó)政府已把高等教育納入戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展重點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的整體布局之中,作為先導(dǎo)性、全局性、基礎(chǔ)性的知識(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)和關(guān)鍵性的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)地位。特別是在我國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化和綜合國(guó)力即將全面發(fā)展的21世紀(jì),發(fā)展高等教育更是關(guān)鍵2L121發(fā)展高等教育可以有效擴(kuò)大我國(guó)內(nèi)需、拉動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)當(dāng)前,人民群眾銀行儲(chǔ)蓄持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),投資于子女接受高等教育是首要消費(fèi)目標(biāo),這就為高等教育的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的環(huán)境,提供了難得的拉動(dòng)社會(huì)消費(fèi)的機(jī)遇,加快高等教育發(fā)展構(gòu)成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)之一。從一般規(guī)律來(lái)看,教育產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)是非常直接的,它對(duì)GDP增長(zhǎng)的直接貢獻(xiàn)一般不少于4,在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家可以到6至7。美國(guó)的教育產(chǎn)業(yè)處于美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)所有產(chǎn)業(yè)的第三位,僅教育服務(wù)一項(xiàng)每年創(chuàng)下的收入就達(dá)到2000億美元。我國(guó)是一個(gè)人口大國(guó),也是一個(gè)教育大國(guó),教育資源十分豐富。僅以1998年為例當(dāng)年全國(guó)受教育人口2“億,占國(guó)內(nèi)總?cè)丝诘?1,占世界受教育人口的15教育資金達(dá)7300多億元,占當(dāng)年GDP74772億元的近10“0當(dāng)年全國(guó)人均教育消費(fèi)額為530元,占當(dāng)年全國(guó)人均消費(fèi)總額2309元的23當(dāng)年我國(guó)教育消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)10以上。由此推算出1998年教育消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)拉動(dòng)GDP增長(zhǎng)138,增加財(cái)政收入138億元。因此,教育消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的巨大貢獻(xiàn)和直接貢獻(xiàn),比投資擴(kuò)張和出口擴(kuò)大之外的任何舉措都見效快。3高等教育市場(chǎng)一旦全面啟動(dòng),勢(shì)必在更大范圍內(nèi)帶動(dòng)消費(fèi),擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,開啟房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、
