簡(jiǎn)介:東華大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明II東華大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明東華大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明本人鄭重聲明我恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德,崇尚嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)學(xué)風(fēng)。所呈交的學(xué)位論文,是本人在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,獨(dú)立進(jìn)行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已明確注明和引用的內(nèi)容外,本論文不包含任何其他個(gè)人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫(xiě)過(guò)的作品及成果的內(nèi)容。論文為本人親自撰寫(xiě),我對(duì)所寫(xiě)的內(nèi)容負(fù)責(zé),并完全意識(shí)到本聲明的法律結(jié)果由本人承擔(dān)。學(xué)位論文作者簽名日期年月日摘要I摘要摘要從1999年起,中國(guó)各大高校的連年擴(kuò)招,每年畢業(yè)生人數(shù)逐漸增長(zhǎng),2003年高校畢業(yè)生為2122萬(wàn)人,2011年為650萬(wàn)人。但是新增的就業(yè)崗位卻跟不上大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)的增長(zhǎng)(包括各類研究生),2003年新增就業(yè)崗位850萬(wàn),2011年1221萬(wàn)。雖然政府和企業(yè)已在不斷增加就業(yè)崗位,但面對(duì)不斷增加的就業(yè)人群,那只是杯水車(chē)薪而已,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題得不到根本上的解決,畢業(yè)簽約率不足50?,F(xiàn)在,大學(xué)生流傳著這樣一個(gè)說(shuō)法畢業(yè)等于失業(yè)。面對(duì)目前“大學(xué)生就業(yè)難、求職成本高和就業(yè)率低”的情況,我們是否能承擔(dān)起必要的社會(huì)責(zé)任是否可以創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)商業(yè)模式,既緩和這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,又能成就事業(yè)呢目前大學(xué)生的就業(yè)渠道不外乎親戚介紹、校園招聘和招聘網(wǎng)站,親戚介紹成功率高,但并不是每個(gè)畢業(yè)生都有機(jī)緣;校園招聘學(xué)生與企業(yè)直接面對(duì)面交流,但是受制于場(chǎng)地和時(shí)間;求職網(wǎng)站信息量大,但求職方和招聘方溝通不暢,成功率低。綜合以上幾個(gè)大學(xué)生主要就業(yè)渠道的優(yōu)劣,我們認(rèn)為社會(huì)需要一個(gè)大學(xué)生社交求職新渠道來(lái)提高大學(xué)生求職效率、就業(yè)率,并且降低就業(yè)成本。為達(dá)成這一目標(biāo),這個(gè)新渠道應(yīng)滿足以下幾點(diǎn)要求1)拉近企業(yè)與學(xué)生間的距離,讓雙方彼此直接互動(dòng)、溝通。大學(xué)生在校期間與潛在雇主接觸機(jī)會(huì)較少,很少有大學(xué)生會(huì)真正了解雇主的需求,因而造成學(xué)生畢業(yè)后很難找到合適的崗位。而如果有一個(gè)平臺(tái)可以讓大學(xué)生更多的接觸社會(huì)、接觸自己關(guān)注并可能日后就職的企業(yè),在校期間即與潛在雇主建立起“伙伴”關(guān)系,企業(yè)可以在這個(gè)平臺(tái)上與大學(xué)生形成良好互動(dòng)交流,彼此了解各方需求、想法,甚至是了解大學(xué)生的精神狀態(tài),企業(yè)或社會(huì)精英也可以有效的引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生合理利用時(shí)間,為將來(lái)求職做好準(zhǔn)備,那么,大學(xué)生群體與雇主都將得益。2)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生吸收職場(chǎng)信息,減少網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。大學(xué)生對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)間充斥著的萬(wàn)千訊息,也很少有自我的鑒別、判斷能力,不少大學(xué)生沉迷于游戲,血腥、暴力、色情作為企業(yè)和社會(huì)精英就需要貢獻(xiàn)力量,協(xié)助大學(xué)生判斷訊息的真?zhèn)危皶r(shí)伸出援手及撥亂反正,正確引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生將更多的注意力投入到職場(chǎng)訊息的捕捉和
