8、測(cè)量各輪胎靜態(tài)載荷; 記錄天氣和室外溫度,風(fēng)速和方向,路面是否積水等; 輪胎一定要做動(dòng) 平衡。,6. 在采集完之后,讓汽車處于水平路面,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速,記錄數(shù)據(jù)10秒鐘;,5. 在正式上路采集之前,讓汽車處于水平路面,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速,記錄數(shù)據(jù)10 秒鐘 ;,11,測(cè)試步驟,8. 采集完一種工況,看看數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,如好再繼續(xù);否則要查明原因再繼續(xù);,,7. 先測(cè)空載,然后滿載;先測(cè)好路面,然后壞路面;每種工況

13、導(dǎo)致汽車行駛狀態(tài)的變化。這種變化將使車輪載荷隨時(shí)間而變,進(jìn)而懸架各零部件之間發(fā)生相對(duì)位移。這種相對(duì)位移的產(chǎn)生源于懸架各零部件之間的動(dòng)態(tài)載荷所發(fā)生的相對(duì)變化,故而在行駛里程累計(jì)到一定程度后,某些零部件將會(huì)疲勞破壞。因此有效的獲取懸架零部件動(dòng)態(tài)載荷時(shí)間歷程,是分析和設(shè)計(jì)零部件耐久性能的重要工作。 一般來(lái)說(shuō),懸架結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和疲勞分析可以分為零部件級(jí)和系統(tǒng)級(jí)分析方法。 零部件級(jí)分析:采用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法得到懸架硬點(diǎn)載荷,對(duì)單一結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)
