2、題，而煤炭行業(yè)所擁有的眾多特點又決定了煤炭企業(yè)不同于一般性企業(yè)，對其經(jīng)營績效的評價需要給予特殊性的研究。本文以經(jīng)營績效評價理論和方法為核心，基于我國煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效評價中的特性，建立了一種適用于煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效評價體系，并以HT煤炭公司為案例進行了實證研究，為有效提升HT煤炭公司的經(jīng)營績效水平提供一些參考。首先，對企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效及績效評價的理論和方法進行了全面的梳理，系統(tǒng)詳細的闡述了該理論在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展歷史和研究現(xiàn)狀，重點介紹了煤炭企業(yè)

3、經(jīng)營績效評價的特殊性。其次，對我國煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效評價的現(xiàn)狀及仍然存在的問題進行了深入分析，找出其中尚存的問題，重點剖析這些問題的產(chǎn)生根源，為建立適用于煤炭企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效評價體系建立理論基礎。再次，基于上述分析和長時間的實地調(diào)研，本文結(jié)合財務指標及煤炭企業(yè)的安全、環(huán)境效益指標，建立了一套涵蓋五個維度的煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效評價指標體系，同時通過對評價方法及模型的對比分析，構(gòu)建了相應的評價模型。最后，以HT煤炭公司為例，依據(jù)模型對評價指標進行數(shù)
