3、 Abstract Abstract Objective: This study will research to the changing process of the rabbit’s skin and the different stimulating reaction between the rabbit’s ear and back unde

4、r the situation which applied p-phenylenediamine on its ear and back skin after lavaging alcohol; to avoid getting skin irritation, allergic, dermatitis; to provide the basic research resources for preventing cosmetic de

5、rmatitis and establishing the animal experimental model. Methods: To divide sixty-four rabbits into four groups random, lavage the saline to Group A, and lavage the different dosages of alcohol to the other three group.

6、Then, divide the each group into single skin irritation experimental and repetitious skin irritation experimental groups. Then, further divide the above groups into the complete skin and damaged skin groups. To lavage th

7、e saline 8ml/kg to Group A once daily; to respectively lavage the liquor which 50% alcohol 4ml/kg+ saline 4ml/kg, 50% alcohol 6ml/kg+ saline 2ml/kg, 8ml/kg of 50% alcohol to the other three groups. Thus, observe seven da

8、ys.Since the eighth，to apply the liquor with 6% p-phenylenediamine on one side of the rabbit’s ear and back skin, the other side of the rabbit’s ear and back skin for self-control． To draw“#“shaped wound on the damaged s

9、kin groups； To observe the single skin irritation experimental group which cleanout the liquor after twenty-four hours; and apply the above liquor once daily to the repetitious skin irritation experimental group with ano

10、ther seven days, and observe them at the situation of cleanout the liquor after twenty-four hours of the last time. Then, to mark the result base on the evaluating criterion of skin irritation reaction “Hygienic Standard

11、 for Cosmetics“ (2007 version), and sampling the skin for Histopathological detection. Results:The other three groups appear the skin irritation symptom, the symptomatic degree increasing with the volume of alcohol, it m

12、akes statistical significance that compare with the Group A(P<0.05); the damaged skin is more irritate than complete skin in the process of research , it makes same significance(P<0.05); and so dose the result of s

13、ingle skin irritation experimental and repetitious skin irritation experimental groups(P<0.05)， because the repetitious skin irritation experimental group is more irritate than single skin irritation experimental grou
