4、vely.TheresultsshowedthatCidaantarcticlipaseB（N435）hadboththehighestcatalyticactivityenantioivity.ThemixtureofTertbutanolIsooctane(1:1VV)wasthemostsuitablemediumfthereactionotheroptimumconditionsfcatalysiswere200rminfsha

5、kingrate1:5fmassratioofethyllactatetowater0.27gmL1fethyllactateconcentration0.8gmol1fenzymeconcentration60℃freactiontemperaturerespectively.Undertheseoptimalconditionsaproductenantiomericexcess(ee)of90.02%theyieldof28.69

6、%wereachievedafter16hreaction.SecondlybasedontheresultsoftheabovesinglefactexperimentssignificantfactswereedfromthesixfactsresearchedinthesinglefactexperimentbyPlackettBurman(PB)experiment.Theresultshowedthatenzymaticcon

7、centrationsubstrateconcentrationreactiontemperaturewerethesignificantimpactfacts.TheabovethreemajfactswerefurtheroptimizedbycentralcompositeexperimentdesignanalyzedthedatausingSASsoftware.Theoptimumconditionsofthereactio

8、nwereobtained:58℃freactiontemperature200rminfshakingrate0.82gmol1fenzymeconcentration0.25gmL1fethyllactateconcentration0.2fmassratioofethyllactatetowaterrespectively.Underthisconditionaproductenantiomericexcess(ee)was94.
